To expensive

To expensive, service is average, staff is untrained. Too many emails, spam, reminders and calls. Promotion programs are not worth it. Fyi staff are not apologizing when they break an item in your home.

Overpriced bad quality spare parts and no support

I had a plumbing service to change my toilet flusher where they assured me a good quality new flusher costing more than 300 AED, only after 1 month and 10 days the flusher is broken to palstic pieces, after calling them to complaint about the quality of the spare part they refused to do anything given that the warranty of the spare part and service is 1 month only and 10 days had surpassed, what kind of a supposedly "good quality" flusher breakes down in pieces in less than 2 months?!!!!!

Great experience with home cleaning

Used the app couple of times for home cleaning & it was great. The cleaning lady was on time & cleaned well. This app is such a saver & I wonder why such services at such good prices aren’t available outside UAE. Will love to book again when needed.
