The cleaning crew they sent destroyed the carpets of our old flat and now we have to replace them at our expense. Their site indicates these cleaners are vetted but the cleaners who cleaned our flat now deny ever being there.

Has a great and easy to use website, however when I rightly tried to use their price guarantee (for a lower quote direct from a supplier) they refused to honour this without giving any reason.

Service Octopus proceeded to refund my deposit after a no show from the cleaning company. I might have not been able to get a refund if I would have gone direct.

Had an issue with one of the cleaning companies listed on the website who I made a complaint against. The owner of Service Octopus endeavored to get in touch with me immediately, offered me a full refund of my booking fee and informed me that the troublesome cleaning company had been removed from the website.

Piece of cake to compare and book quotes on Service Octopus. I booked with PNP cleaning and Deniza and the team did a fantasitc job. The place was spotless and to our surprise the landlord even commented on how clean it was. I could have cleaned it myself but it would have taken me and my housemates the whole day!!

I don't even want to give this company one star. The cleaning crew they sent ruined the carpets of our old flat in an end of tenancy cleaning and then that crew denied they ever cleaned it. ServiceOctopus takes no responsibility for the actions of the crews they send. We were refunded a small booking fee but had to pay £1500 to replace the carpets. If the cleaning crews they work with are not reliable they should not assign them to jobs.

Easy to use website and I booked the cleaning in under 5 mins. The company I booked did a good job with no issues!

Simple booking process. My confirmation email took 25 mins to arrive which was a little annoying. The support person said that it was due to a server delay and that they are normally instant.

PNP Cleaning did a good job on the day and Winkworths didn’t have any issues with the cleaning.

Excellent - no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone. my previous tenants left the flat it in a terrible state but the cleaning company who came did a great job. Was like new. I would have booked a removal company through the site to remove the rubbish, if they offered it. Very easy to use, even for an old man like me!

I was very happy with my experience with Service Octopus. I booked an end of tenancy cleaning service through their website with PNP
Cleaning. The booking process was simple and easy and the company did a great job on the day. If I had to make a suggestion I would say that it would have been useful to have some kind of questions and answer sections where I could have asked the cleaning company a question directly on the site, like amazon do. Otherwise would recommend using. Saved me a load of time calling around all these companies.
