Terrible communication, too many mistakes with dates, delivering blind when they were told not to, due to work being done in house. Really bad, disappointed. Would never buy again nor recommend shades to anyone. Annoyed purchaser 😡

Absolutely brilliant service and loved our blinds. Only wee snag is the last installation of the kitchen window, the mechanism is broken. But was booked on there and then for another instalment. Great service and great prices especially for a 2 bedroom house

Great experience from start to finish. Easy ordering service. The fitter Duncan was friendly and polite. My new blinds were fitted quickly and with care, I was also given a quick tutorial on how to work the blinds features. Would definitely return again, and I would recommend.

Just received a phone call on the day of installation that the blinds we had ordered a week ago are out of stock and wouldn't be coming back in, I understand stand these things happen but I would have expected to have heard before the day of installation, I had already made arrangements for someone to be at the property and now need to go look for an alternative company and start the whole process again.

What a stress free experience we have enjoyed with Shades Blinds? From arranging an appointment to the friendly, professional and efficient measuring by Josh over two large box windows with vertical blinds to two roller blinds to the quick, efficient and clean installation by John.....all within a week.....a company that we could recommend to all.

We ordered blinds from shades in APRIL. Still waiting for the final part to complete, it’s now JUNE.

They came out measured in April and fitted in April - however one of the sizes for our windows was incorrect even after measuring prior to fitting.

They then came out and fitted the right size , however it was the wrong blind. We ordered all wooden slated shutter blinds and they had fitted plastic ones that look a lot cheaper.

Then came out and said that we were correct in what we were saying??

And now 24th June they have phoned to say our scheduled appointment to fix this whole mess has been cancelled.

They haven’t once prioritised this job even though we have waited for several months. Poor customer service to be phoned on the day of the appointment to say it won’t be happening and poorer service to not take this job as priority as it has been their fault numerous times.

When fitter came for the second time i asked him that there was a small fault on last window that was fitted rectified fault straight away
