Bought 2 sunglasses for $65 each .. the lenses lasted 1 year and both started peeling. Asked for a replacement and they wanted to charge me $16 each to replace. This is unacceptable. These glasses aren’t cheap .. I could have paid 30-40$ more and got ray bans which last forever. These glasses are Amazon/temu quality for triple the cost .. not worth it
They was super fast to ship my order. Also to answer any questions I had. I love the free replacement with no problems. I like the sunglasses as much as my oakley's. I even talked my wife out of her ray bans for the tangle free glasses which she loves by the way. I will buy from shady rays in the future.

I’ve sent multiple emails within the 30-day return window and haven’t received a response. The glasses were only tried on indoors and are in new condition.
Hoping the company reaches out soon to resolve this.

I dislike the shady business practice of selling us a free replacement gimmick. $30 is not free replacement, and to be quite honest you're basically paying what the cheap glasses are worth. I will continue to replace them until my replacements are up but i'm done after that. I like the looks of them but they do not hold up any better than a gas station pair of sunglasses. My problem is the frames, always snap, and I am a very meticulous person. I understand paying a shipping fee but $30 processing plus shipping is ridiculous. I bought a pair of Carerra from sunglass hut with five year free replacement and it is actually free.

Great customer service and quality product. Prescription sunglasses are perfect.
Tint on glasses peeled. 6/16/24 was approved for warranty replacement. 2/12/26 still haven't received the warranty replacement, have been dealing with customer support for that entire time and it's groundhog day over there. Repeat the process with no results.. they suck at keeping their word. Buy another pair of glasses and dobt buy from this company, terrible, terrible, decision.
I finally lost my sunglasses. I went back after 3 or 4 years to act on the “lifetime replacement policy” only to find out they cancelled it. Not sure how you cancel something like a “lifetime policy. Shady indeed……

When I purchased sunglasses from Shady Rays it was said in writing that I had a lifetime replacement policy. 5 years later I finally need to make a claim and they say my 2 year period has expired. They are liars and cheats and I will never do business with them again.
I have bought 2 different styles of Shady Rays. Unfortunately, my favorite pair broke while ice fishing and it was own fault. I received my replacement pair incredibly fast without any questions asked and they shipped them for free. Not only are these sunglasses great quality, the customer service is outstanding!
I was psyched to buy my first pair of shady rays until I recieved the glasses. The packaging is fine and the frames are decent as well but not the lens. There is no crispness and clarity like other glasses I own, they seem cloudy which was really a big disappointment.
Bought it on special and it wasn't what I wanted, would only exchange at the retail price and it took 2 months of bitching to get that done. Now the incessant emails and text can't be stopped. They will rip you off. I took the screwing but now they won't shut up with the adds. There is no place to opt-out of this crap. Their customer severce is in a deep underground well some where with very limited understanding of your problems. They Suck
I went to the Store located at the Oxmore Mall found a pair that looked and fit good, the sign had them at $132.00 and the Black Friday 50% off. Well at check out I was informed the price was off by $10.00 because I picked the blue lenses. He also apologized and said that the sign does not say that but they are $10.00 more. What a ripe off. Then I contacted the company office and they told me the same thing even when the sign does not mention a price difference. No customer service at all
Shady Rays will have my business as long as I need more sunglasses! Their customer service in on point, timely and I spoke to an actual person. They also have one of the best return policies I can remember dealing with. Great company!
Originally, I found them on Facebook and thought I would give them a try. Thinking they would be a cheap product, I couldn't have been more wrong. I love the glasses more than any others I have owned.

Cheap CHINESE sunglasses with a FAKE "free" replacement policy. You'll pay $17 for a "free" replacement of your $10 cheap sunglasses. Stay away from this scam of a company.
Cheap frames. Broke in 2 years. Won't replace. I bought 4 pair and regret doing so. My Oakleys are 10 years old and still looks good.
I ordered 2 pair of sunglasses and they only sent one pair with a crappy hard case and won't refund my money or ship the pair owed to me. So unsatisfied and disappointed. The pair they sent wasn't worth the $59 on top of the extra I paid for the second pair.

Shady Rays not only has high quality products, but they also have exceptional customer service. I have been highly satsifed with my purchases and beyond pleased with the response time, professionalism, knowledge, and handling of any inquiries I have had from a customer service perspective. I highly recommend this company!
Sunglasses are fine, but SHADY is darn correct. They AUTO add a crappy "Hard case" to your order and it's super easy, especially on a phone, to not see this little "slide" indicator that they've done that. It doesn't show up as another separate item or anything. Tacked on $10 for a crappy case I threw away. That is, in fact, shady.
