Shelton’s Janitorial is a family-owned cleaning company based in Gridley, California, serving homes and businesses since 2013. Owned by Sara Shelton, we provide residential house cleaning, commercial janitorial services, bank and credit union cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, move-in and move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleanup. Our company is licensed, bonded, and insured, with $2 million in insurance coverage. The company carries its own bond, and each employee carries an individual bond as well. Our employees undergo background checks, helping customers feel comfortable welcoming our team into their homes and workplaces. Residential cleaning focuses on Gridley, Yuba City, Marysville, and nearby communities. For commercial accounts and larger projects, we serve a broader area of Northern California. We work with customers to discuss their cleaning needs, access requirements, and preferred schedules. Our experience includes cleaning Sierra Central Credit Union branches, military housing and facilities, and large construction projects. We offer rough, final, and touch-up construction cleaning, along with recurring janitorial service for businesses. We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer particular products or your own vacuum, we can discuss those preferences when arranging service. Whether you need regular house cleaning, dependable cleaning for your business, or cleanup before a property is ready for use, we welcome the opportunity to discuss your project.
