I bought my daughter one , I bought one for myself . Really would recommend

I have used the zero filter system for more than a year now and I have absolutely loved the great tasting water, I have been using pink Himalayan salt to put some of the minerals back in but overall I would highly recommend it. The reason I have given it 2 Star’s is because within two weeks the water starts smelling fishy, and it’s not a smell that you can get over it is stomach churning. I bought a Brita jug and have been filtering the water from there before putting it in the Zero to hopefully make the filters in the zero last longer, but it’s a lot of work and incredibly expensive buying both sets of filters. I feel the price of the zero is absolutely ridiculous, especially in areas like mine where there is obviously a high concentration of Rubbish. I have now bought a water 2 system with the fluoride filter add on, it is not going to get rid of all of the rubbish that the zero does but it is a fraction of the price, and it gives me peace of mind.. so buy the zero if you are Rich!!! but avoid at all costs if you are a normal hard-working person with bills to pay

Extremely tight fitting lid and water chamber when fitting the filter.
The TDS meter is placed under the handle, making it very awkward to insert, read and remove. Shame the jug design has changed, but it pours well. Not user friendly.

After 3 week, the filer started to smell fishy. Apparently this happens when the filter stops working g and as I live in a hard water area, the filter only lasts for 3 week!! Too expensive to change so frequently. What a shame as the water quality was exceptional, before the decline.

Delivery was good but they are no longer stocking the product......

Everything from transaction to delivery was smooth and the price was very competitive.

Said Zero water filters but not the right ones, had to take apart and transfer the contents into the old filter.

Tap has been leaking for so long, I've emailed a whole week ago and no reply, so disappointed especially having brought the glass expensive filter, very annoyed with the customer service!!

I had an issue with the TDS meter but customer service (help) were very good and even though the company are now not fully functioning, replaced the meter very quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the Zero Water device and the quality of the water. No more bottled water for us!

I've been using these products for a while and have never had any issue with service/quality of product. I bought a new jug at the beginning of the year and shortly after there was an issue with the TDM meter. Contacted customer service and they needed a picture which I provided and said it would be rectified. I think the company then shut down their own website (not sure what exactly happened) but I was then told I couldn't be helped and they couldn't send a replacement TDS and directed to Lakeland where I had to buy a new jug even though I didn't need one - just for the TDS meter. Not a great experience.

I bought this to gift a family member. They are impressed with how much better the water tastes and feels. Well worth the purchase.

Customer services are very helpful and informative was very helpful. The water when using the filter very clear and enjoyable to drink. Jug and water great would highly recommend

Excellent product, very efficient.
However, with Culligan announcing the end of the online store, it is unclear about the ongoing reliability of supplies

Great product at a fantastic price. This is my 2nd jug, we love the taste of the water from the filter and the water bottles are excellent.

Stopped stocking filters for my dispenser
I ordered a large dispenser a few months ago which was quite pricey given it is made of plastic. I got an email telling me that they will no longer stock the filters for this equipment which is really frustrating.
Delivery time was good - however annoying that I had to bulk buy filters for something that will eventually be obsolete.

Something went wrong.
The new type filter was meant to last longer than old type and gets fish smell after 5 days on use.

Excellent for speedy delivery of my order, always receive it the next day. Excellent new design of water jug. Water vastly improved using your jug and filters. Only downside is that my latest new filters last a day or two less than original filters. Could be the awful quality of water in my area?

I have been using their water jug and filters for a few years and even upgraded to the new style last year, as they were phasing out the old style filters. I was sad to hear from them recently that they were going to stop selling the filters in the UK and took up their offer to buy some filters at half price, as I wanted to get some use out of the new style jug they’d introduced last year. I ordered 12 filters which arrived a few days later. But then I noticed that they appear to have a use by date, as the boxes all have a sticker on the base, with the date 06 2025. Looking at their website it does say they have a shelf life and shouldn’t be used beyond this time. I’ve tried phoning the helpline to clarify this situation, but gave up after no one had answered after 6 mins. I’m really concerned about this and am cross that I may have been sold goods that are not fit for purpose. I have emailed them four times so far, asking for an explanation, but have yet to have an answer. It may well be that they are OK to use but, as they’re not bothering to reply, I can’t be sure.

I used to rate Zero Water but now unfortunately, I would give them no stars if I could.

My reasons for the statement above are as follows:

1. Zero Water now charge £22 for a single ‘classic’ filter, it wasn’t that long ago that these could be purchased for less than £14 each.

2. When they released their new ‘improved’ filter, they claimed it lasted 33% longer than the ‘classic’ one, this was included as part of their
marketing material online. This claim can still be found online but not on the Zero Water website. I have quizzed them on it and they no longer associate themselves with this claim so was it an out and out lie or did their follow up testing prove the claim to be baseless?

3. When I challenged Zero Water about point 2 above, I received an AI response so they have no customer service anymore, they’ve either gone on a cost cutting drive or believe they can fob loyal customers off with a cowardly use of AI to avoid having to answer difficult questions.

4. If anything, I’d say the filters are performing worse than they ever have. I am lucky to get 3 weeks out of 1 filter these days which means that more than 17 filters would be required each year. At £22 each, this is almost £400 per year.

5. The final point is that Culligan are literally pointing people towards alternative options such as whole house filtration which will perform as well if not better than they single use filters and save a ton of money over time.

I’m sorry Zero Water, I was a loyal customer but not any more now that greed has become your biggest driver since the ‘Culligan’ name was introduced.
