Placed an order 5 days ago, no update. Wrote an email, no reply, called both e-shop and store… no answer. Terrible service!

This might be actually THE worst market on earth. They just don't have customer service, it doesn’t exist. I bought a comme des garcons t shirt week ago, its was saying 2-3 days delivery. I havent received ANY confirmation that they packed it or something. I wrote 3 mails- no answer. Wrote through whatsapp- they say write an e-mail. You just order from ghost company market.

Extremely helpful and responsive customer service along with quick international shipping. Perfect experience imo

The packaging for shipping is not satisfied. The shipping carton box is way too big with no foam or anything for protection, my shoes box was scratched and damaged.

What a crap service! Sent a stussy jumper back as after a wash there were marks on the chest and it was unwearable. Was told they would send me a refund or a new sweater. It’s been newrly two weeks now and despite sending 3 emails asking what’s happening they have completely ignored me. Shocking customer service, avoid at all costs.

dhl claimed duties, package was delayed, i had to send multiple emails to claim it. last purchase i made on DSM

The package came quicker than expect; excellent presentation. It felt unique, like I actually purchased the garment in store. With that said, being that it came from the London store to Los Angeles in matter of days is mind-boggling. Thank you for the pleasant transaction.

No size measurements on site. Sizing enquiry received no response.

Got an amazing deal on a pair of Adidas. Trainers were delivered promptly, really appreciated the nice wrapping. Size correct, model correct, all good.

I recently placed an order for a pair of Braindead Converse in US 7, but I received a UK 7 instead. Upon contacting CS (specifically an agent named Rose), I was informed that I would need to place a new order — with no apology or acknowledgment that the original error was on your end.

When I pointed this out I was offered an exchange, and a collection was arranged. However, no collection number or confirmation was provided.
On the scheduled collection day, I called up your CS team and was told I would get a call back. I only got an email thanking me for my call and instructing me to contact DHL myself for collection details.

I called DHL, who confirmed the arrangements, and my order was collected as planned. I then emailed your CS team to confirm the collection and enquire about my exchange. I was told again you don't process exchanges. My size is now out of stock. (why offer an exchange in the previous comms).

This entire experience has been annoying long for no reason. What should have been a simple resolution dragged on unnecessarily. With your brand’s strong reputation, I expected much better service. I encourage you to address these shortcomings, as they risk damaging your revenue.

Extraordinarily speedy service; nicely packaged goods, which always makes a little difference.

Swift customer service and shipping times

This shop is excellent in every way.
Product curation, display, service, inquiry, delivery. I am always satisfied with my shopping.
However, one thing that is disappointing is that inventory management is not done during the sale period, so there are frequent cancellations.
I can understand it, but I can't help but feel disappointed. Still, it is my favorite shop.
