The teeth whitening strips are not purple, they are pink. I paid for expedited shipping and insurance. Item arrived almost two and half weeks later. That's a longer wait time than the regular, free shipping the company offers.

The same day I purchased the product, I was charged an additional $39.99. I immediately emailed Lumadove and told them I did not authorize any additional transactions. I also noted in my email that if they did refund my money that they stole, ($39.99), I would be contacting my states Attorney General and reporting them and that they would be investigated and get into trouble. Immediately thereafter, Lumadove refunded the $39.99 that they stole from me.

A week later Lumadove took ANOTHER $19.99 from my bank account. I hadn't even received my expedited item yet mind you. This time I immediately called Lumadove and warned them that if they did not refund my money I would contact my state's Attorney General and report them. They reversed the charge.

The product stinks. I tried using the strips two separate times. They do NOTHING. I'm writing this review then contacting them a third time. Now I'm asking for a full refund. These whitening strips do not work!
Don't buy from them!!!

I ordered the purple luma dove teeth whitening strips. What I received in the post was a knock off china brand. Not the same instructions and I'm sure not the same results. When I went on line to cancel membership the site is having g technical difficulties. No I have to submit a claim through my bank. I really dislike being scammed.

IF IT WAS OPTIONAL FOR A ZERO, THIS WOULD BE THAT. FAKE PURPLE TEETH WHITENING STRIPS, THEY CAME PINK. I DID AT LEAST MAKE SURE THAT THIS WAS A ONE TIME PURCHASE, BUT I REALLY WISHED I WOULD'VE CHECKED THIS BEFORE EVEN ORDERING THIS CRAP IN THE FIRST PLACE, SO THAT PART IS ON ME.

I DIDN'T SEE ANY VISIBLE OR NOTICABLE CHANGE IN THE WHITENING AT ALL.
I WILL MONITOR THE CARD I USED TO MAKE SURE NO OTHER CHARGES THAT ARE UNAUTHORIZED TO BE ATTEMPTED ON THE CARD. SO.
IT'S A HARD NO FOR ME.

Only ordered one thing was charged several times after that for orders I did not make ! TERRIBLE!😡 Refunded me once after I contacted them. NO REPLYS FROM THEM AFTER THAT !

I bought the Purple Teeth Whitening Strips and received them within 2 days. I have used about half of my box so far and they work pretty good! Can't complain

My fault for being a sucker and believing the stupid ads. Not only does the product not work, but they first added a $35 item to my cart. Then also charged me $29.99. So obviously I will contact the BBB and hopefully these guys go out of business. Drop Dead Lumadove!

Made a one time purchase and was then charged 3 separate times for different amounts with no emails or receipt confirmation

Ordered teeth whitening strips that they advertised in a Facebook ad. It was supposed to be $9.99 and no subscription. They took a month to ship it, then they forced it into a monthly subscription anyway for the cost of $29.99 per month. To make matters worse, they never even shipped any product beyond the very first shipment. I emailed them and tried to cancel online to no avail. My bank couldn’t block them so I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one just to stop these predators. In the interim they billed me $29.99 twice for product never received and I doubt I’ll ever get my money back as they are located internationally. Complete scam!!

I am pissed they said they attempted delivery 2times come on now learn to read i want a full refund now! .y full address and sec code to door is on my order form how damn hard is it to get it to right address!!! Update after I made c review I got their number called them all u can here in background was these high pitched screams.She then said ur gonna have to call where u ordered it from I said screw this hung up on her. I do absolutely feel like they do scam folks. Omg this morning lumadove tried to charge 29.99 to my PayPal card I never authrized!

I ordered a face balm stick, $9.99, one time purchase. I filled out the order info. using my address of SC. Where I have lived for23 yrs. I never got my order they sent it to an address in Maryland. I emailed, I called supposed customer service, was on hold forever, had to leave a message, the next day lumadDove tried to take money two times off of bank card, thank GOD , they declined it.

I ordered from this company and finally received it this week, two days after receiving it I was billed again for $42.60. Supposedly for auto shipment. I did not sign up for auto ship and even if I had why was I billed two days after original shipment delivery, surely it should have been at least a month later. I have emailed this company 3 times without reply.Also the item I bought was advertised as purple whitening for teeth. I received pink strips. Which by the way are terrible, messy and don't seem to make a difference. Do not deal with this company, it is a scam. Save your money and buy legitimate whitening strips
