Excellent customer service from start to finish
I purchased a charging post in June. The process was easy and the item arrived very quickly, was packaged well and exellent quality. Due to a change of charger location we did not require the post. I was outside of the returns period but the gentleman I spoke to was happy to provide a refund and was really helpful with his guidance on how to return it. I also spoke to a lovely helpful lady too. This exceptional customer service really stood out for me and I would high recommend this company to anybody wanting to purchase their products. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the courier on this occasion broken their standing instruction NOT to leave the product at an alternative address. When we heard that this had happened I hope you'd agree that we did all we could to resolve the issue. It's a constant frustration that couriers can present a weak link in an otherwise impeccable supply chain from product manufacturer to customer, and we are always striving to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.

This review and experience has promoted some investment and changes for us. We thought that we processed the order normally, so we were surprised that you were so disappointed.
This product required a build by the manufacturer, as not everything is held ready for immediate dispatch. But this wasn't clear on our site.
So, we've invested a considerable sum in our shop in order to clearly show the lead time on every product. 90% are next day delivery but some require a little longer, and that's now being implemented across over 4000 products.
I hope that you see that we really do take on board feedback and are prepared to improve when it's needed. Today's investment is as a direct result of your feedback and whilst a 1-star review hurts us greatly we hope that you give us a chance to re-prove our service to you.

The advert stated that delivery would take up to three working days. On the third day, I still hadn't received any updates or a tracking number, so I had to email them to ask about my order.
After that, the manager responded promptly and handled the situation professionally, making sure I received the EV charger in time for my installation. The customer service was excellent once I made contact.
However, I can't help but wonder whether my order would have been delayed even further if I hadn't emailed them first.

Wrong cost on the web site. Although they should have honered the purches, as payment was made and an invoice provided.
They insted cancelled the order. Would not use this supplier from my experience.

Unfortunately through an error the price displaying for the product you ordered was incorrect, and by a large amount. We noticed this immediately and offered you a discounted rate for the product. As we never heard back from you to resolve, we finally cancelled the order.
It's a common misconception that shops are obliged to honour a pricing error, but if it's a genuine mistake it's not the case. I'm sorry for your experience and that you felt a 1-star review is justified.

Excellent customer service
I had a couple of things I wanted to check, so I used the WhatsApp message chat option and got answers within minutes. I ordered on a Friday and took delivery on the following Monday, exactly as advertised.

Amazing customer service.
I ordered the wrong part initially and they were super responsive (even replied on a Sunday) saying that it was no problem and would refund the order immediately. I reordered the correct part and it arrived next day. Superb service.

Great service from start to finish
I recently ordered from UK EV Installers Shop and was very pleased with the service. Communication was excellent throughout and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly.
The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and everything arrived exactly as expected. It's refreshing to deal with a company that keeps you updated and does what it says it will do.
