My first post on here about S&S was on the 8th of may '26, so months have past and still no help!!! I think I've been ghosted, numerous emails .... no reply, oh sorry got one, saying if not happy with the service close my account!!! Professional i think not, but i still get emails prompting me to do their point awards campaigns etc, but looking for help where the problem is on their end..... echo chamber.
I AM FURIOUS I am a member for years now. For the past five weeks I have sent a lot of emails telling them that the clicker is not working anymore and that I need a new one. Their answer is paying me 60cts a week instead of the full two euro a week they owe me. They refuse to send me a new clicker saying it's not possible. Instead they sent me some instructions that not working neither and after I don't know how many emails they now don't answer at all

I have been having some issues logging into the app and I flagged this. When I eventually did get a response from the helpdesk, it was passive and unhelpful. I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I had already explained in my initial email that I tried this but it did not work.
I was unable to sign in due to "an error" with either my panel number or DOB, both of which were not entered incorrectly so I'm not sure where the error lies. I have been a member for a few years now and have never had problems previously so I know my details are not the issue. I lost out on points due to this glitch and I don't know if/when it will be fixed as it is difficult to get a response and a resolution from the helpdesk.

I have been scanning with this company for years and was always delighted with the choice of shopping vouchers I could get although I usually get the One 4 All vouchers as they work in so many places. recently the choice of vouchers has dropped considerable and also the One 4 All are often just digital vouchers which I don't like because if you spend more than the voucher you cannot use 2 cards to pay. Also the amount of automated phone calls I have had reminding me to scan and saying it has been so many days since my last scan became so bad that I ended up blocking their number.

I am trying to cash out points that they owe me and im unable to log in to my account
it also doesnt allow me to reset my password
I have tried to email this company and phone them on several occasions this month and get no response from them at all
they are with holding money owed to me and are a complete scam with terrible customer service

Hi Barbara, sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your rewards. We've reloaded them to your account and this may take up to 24 hours, so please keep an eye out on Tuesday and Wednesday.
I received an email from Shop and Scan in July 2025 confirming that I had been accepted as a new member. They told me I would receive the welcome kit, including the scanner, within 14 days.
It’s now October 2025, and despite multiple emails and phone calls, I have never received the welcome kit or the scanner. Even worse, no one ever replied to any of my messages.
Has anyone else had the same experience? Whoever is managing Shop and Scan is completely incompetent and unreliable. They don’t even deserve half a star for the way they treat people.
I’ve also heard terrible things about Shop and Scan from others who have used it — outdated and obsolete technology, problems with the scanners, and a complete lack of communication from the team behind it. So why don’t they just shut down this shameful program already?!
Does anyone know of a similar points-based system to Shop and Scan that actually works properly and is up to date?
