Cheap tat .... the nose studs aint titanium and are definitely not the size advertised.... go elsewhere to buy because these are shocking !!!

Unreasonable comments. Any jewellery that is advertised as solid Titanium is 100% Titanium. The customer is welcome to post a photo of the item received with a ruler showing the size of the head of the stud.
Surgical steel hoop earrings
My earrings arrived promptly and look exactly as shown in the photos.
They’re good quality, comfortable and I can sleep in them, as hoped. Extremely good price. Would recommend and will buy from here again.

Never received my items, they ignore emails, and only respond when chased up after weeks, still offering no resolution. Scammers. No items, no refund.

Unreasonable comment as buyer made a previous purchase with no issues. Full refund issued on latest order due to order getting lost in the post and customer demanding special delivery if replacement order sent. All messages are normally answered within 24 hours, however this can take a day or two longer during busy periods. No messages are ignored for weeks.

We don't appreciate unjustified comments. Order was placed on the 1st October and left the UK on the 3rd October. Delivery to Italy can take approximately 2 weeks so should arrive within the coming days.

Easy to order but still waiting for my…
Easy to order but still waiting for my items a week later despite paying for first class postage. They should have been here in max 3 days and they are not tracked properly so I can’t even see if Royal Mail has the items. Had I known I’d be waiting so long I would have chosen to go elsewhere. Not happy and will not use them again after this experience.

Your order should only take up to 3 working days. Unfortunately, we are dependent on Royal Mail providing the service paid for. We are happy to resolve issues, however delivery times are not guaranteed.
Further to our previous reply, customers order has arrived ( Tracking shows delivery ) and customer has been updated.
