Ordered an AquaJoe sprinkler from Amazon, it arrived without the plug/cleaner and Amazon wouldn't do anything for me. I contacted Aqua Joe and they registered the product for me and sent me an entire new one. Customer service was fantastic.

Doing the right thing for an irreplaceable part.
A part on my new Snow Joe shovel did not fit well so so I started an online chat with agent Rose Irea to find out if I could get a replacement part. After supplying appropriate photos and product information, Rose informed me that a replacement part was not available and that she was issuing a warranty replacement for the entire unit. Within seconds, I received the return instructions and shipping label. Rose took the time to review my case, offer a solution, and I find it admirable that the company did the right thing.

NEW COMMENT 8/5/26: I have been put through multiple emails and waiting, following up, today I finally received a return label, I have to find a box big enough to return the mower and package it properly (at my own expense!) so it isn't damaged in transit. Once they get it back, they again promise to give me a refund. Originally they told me that I would just be able to order something else on their website after providing my proof of purchase information (that promise has not been kept!) NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH SUN JOE AT ALL!!
ORIGINAL COMMENT: After less than a year, my new mower/trimmer/edger parts are not available and It’s taking a VERY long time to get my refund. Still waiting!

Costumer service was fairly simple for the warranty process as I filled it all out online. After that was filled out I had to do nothing further and the warranty hose was sent to me with no questions asked. I greatly appreciate that.
I love this hose for using with our camper but the only complaint I have is I get a a slimy white, black, grayish buildup inside the hose like it is growing bacteria. I get all the water out of the hose after each use but I wonder if this is due to how compact the hose (which is great for storing In The camper) and still some moisture In the hose. Any suggestions on solving this issue would be greatly appreciated
