Do not buy from this site (Shopzaven) They scammed me and are not worthy of anyone's business. Shipping first of all takes forever. I needed a item for a trip to Alaska and now I have to do without. They ship the wrong product and won't fix it (to late for me now anyway) customer service is rude beyond belief! He told me to F off because I told him to not be so rude. My loss, don't let it happen to you!

Scammers. This company signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge costing $39.99 plus international fees. They have 3 different entities that are trying to get money out of my account. They have been listed as fraud and now my debit card is blocked. They go be the name of zaven, zen, and nuviasports. Now I have to call my bank tomorrow to get another card issued.

I was just notified by my bank of a pending $39.99 charge to my checking account from this company.
I never heard of them before this but my experience is similar to others on here.
I have to wait until the charge clears before I can dispute it and will do so ASAP.
I believe that they got my information from Belro, a company from whom I stupidly made a small purchase before checking them out.

I gave it a 1 star because I couldn't give it a 0. My husband bought a posture belt from Belro, who I guess is a scam partner to Shopzaven. We were charged by Belro for the belt, which looked like a 5 yr. old put it together. In the meantime, Shopzaven charged me twice for I don't know what. I tried to resolve that today, and after 5 calls to Shopzaven, being hung up on every time, and a nasty rude girl, I was told that I had not ordered anything from Shopzaven. (again, the charges were from Shopzaven) and that I apparently ordered from twitter or instagram, which I don't use, and that Shopzaven has no idea what I ordered. Called Belro after finding out they were associated with Shopzaven, and got the run around there also. The guy on the phone told me that they weren't scammers, because if they were, they would just keep charging me until they depleted my entire account. How reassuring. So I had to cancel my card at the bank, and wait for a new one.

This company is a fraudulent company that charges for items and continues to charge for items month after month even when a customer does not place new orders.

I notified my credit card immediately and told them to BLOCK any future charges from this despicable company.

That company is using my credit card online every month for $39.99 without my authorization and I never realized that until yesterday after 3 months. This is a 200% scam company, thieves, scumbags and so on, I’m going to cancel all my credits card only for that, because I don’t know how they found out my credit card number; I’m so pissed right now.

This is 100% a scam. I caught two monthly charges of $39.99 at this store that appeared out of nowhere on my bank statement. I think I ordered something from an online store with a different name and they tried charging me for a monthly warranty, I called that store to cancel my order but looks like they only cancelled the main purchase and they kept charging me monthly for the "warranty." Called to try and cancel the monthly payment and the customer service rep was extremely rude and dismissive. Do not buy anything from here!!

I noticed a charge on my credit card from this company. I never purchased anything from them. Didn't even use my card on the date in question. Completed a fraud claim with my CC company.

They are part of a drop shipping network and selling crappy products through a storefront veneer that fakes quality. I ordered 2 magnifying headsets, which were in crushed boxes when they arrived and contained chea p versions of what I thought I purchased. The moment they had my credit card info they tried to repeatedly charge me for the product over and over again. The amounts were all different too, which made no sense. Luckily my bank immediately flagged the suspicious transactions. They also will send you multiple strange emails saying the charge will appear as several different stores on your account to try and mask what they are doing. They tried to charge me under the names Belro and Torrin Shop. So beware! They are selling under multiple different names and trying to post different charges to your account under those names and try to make it seem legitimate.
