I didn’t have to wait for my first email regarding information. Within 24 hrs contact had been made with me. The whole course was explained, costing explained and instantly signed up
The persons I had contact with were very informative and friendly. I never felt that it was all about high pressure to sign up.

The course sounds great
The course sounds great. The person who contacted me was friendly and helpful. It’s disappointing she had to close my profile when I asked if I could call her back instead of her calling me. As a single parent and carer it would be nice to not feel pressured to enrol in a course I’m really interested in but perhaps am not ready to start today. Well done to the girl who called me for not putting the pressure on in a system that is clearly designed for pressure. Sometimes good sales comes down to patience and empathy and not the hard sell.

Found the course for me !
I was really impressed by how fast you found a course that suited my requirements.
I did not like the follow-up once I had picked the course to follow up .
By the time I had finished, I had contact with 3 sites for 1 inquiry
I don't even know "simply learning online " . A third party then had my info without my consent. Hope that makes sense.
