Poor response
My simple request for the cost of a course was ignored and instead I received an information brochure on the course, which is exactly the same as on your site.

Pretty useless really.
Pretty useless really. Clicked on the link to receive more info about three short courses, largely because the website doesn’t mention costs. One no reply. One, provided useless information about being a professional wildlife photographer and said I should contact them for more information - nothing on the content of the course or the cost. The third telephoned me and then sent some information, when she could have sent stuff without wasting the time. I haven’t followed through.

Never got a course guide
Signed up to receive a course guide and was never emailed one or given the option to download one. Just advised that a course advisor would be in touch. Didn't want the hard sell, just wanted to look at the course.

I just wanted to find out the cost of doing a course via email. I didn't want and nor did I answer any phone calls. I still have no idea of the cost of the course I requested info of. I want to do a course and if I can find the price and do not have to speak on the phone then I still may do a course.
