Efficient in responding to emails, and everything else. Jack was very helpful as was the gentleman who came to collect the bags. Price reasonable.

Great service
Great service, booking easy, came to home to collect. Up to date communication on booking, collection status for arrival and invoicing. Confidential certificate provided when shredding has been completed. The three staff I spoke with were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend the service.

I have used this company before and…
I have used this company before and have been very happy with the service they provide. The only reason I have not given a 5* rating is because they didn't arrive on the scheduled day. However, they collected my bags first thing the next (this) morning. The collection driver was very friendly and it took only 5/10 minutes to complete the process, including payment over the phone
