Great company
As a business we use Shredstation and I cannot express how fantastic their customer service is. Rosie Cordell is my usual point of contact and they offer an excellent level of customer service/relations. Polite, responsive and great at her job. The service in general for collection, arranging additional collections and ordering extra bags is a breeze. A really great company but Rosie is their shining star!

A straightforward service that is…
A straightforward service that is simple to arrange online. The people at Shred Station were most helpful and responsive and the driver who collected the documents was excellent. They need to upgrade their payment arrangements. The present system is out of date and not secure. And it's not fair on the driver who has to interface with the customers.

Safe and efficient service to dispose of confidential papers.
I needed to dispose of some confidential papers and decided my home shredder was not up to the task. A quick call to Shred station and I was able to take my paperwork to their depot in Harlow at very reasonable cost. The staff that I met both by telephone and at the depot were friendly and very helpful. Excellent service, thank you.
