Daniel was incredible. We booked 2 storage containers online and Daniel called us to tell us that we could just book one bigger one (which I couldn't seem to find) so he changed everything for us, we didn't have to deal with anything and saved us over £250 a month. It's not often you find people who go out of their way to help, Daniel's customer service was 11/10. Thank you!

The storage units are kept clean as is the whole building. The staff are always polite and welcoming. The initial month being just £1 was great. Access is good and 7 days a week opening times.

Great customer service from initial phone call to book storage Spaceright through to meeting Dan on site and being shown to my storage space and Having everything explained to me.

I was running late to my checking in and worried I wouldn’t be able to unload in time. I called ahead and Lucy was super helpful and was able to sort me a unit that was closer to the loading bay. She helped me check in quickly so I could get on with unloading and was very clear and helpful. Made a stressful day much calmer for me!
