Easy process from start to finish. Very helpfull staff

Excellent, friendly service. Premises are impressively clean, warm and quiet. Access so far hitch-free. At present I have every reason to recommend Shurguard Wolverhampton and have in fact done so.

I called with an account query and spoke to Amy, she was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. It was refreshing to speak to someone who could resolve my query on one call, she was great and I hope all my future calls are like this one!

Nothing was to much trouble, asked to see different sizes of storage units, and this was done, very helpful and explained everything, Shufi on reception was brilliant could not fault him or the service he provided

Popped in earlier in the week on the spur of the moment to see if we could get a visual on the different locker sizes.
Rob was really helpful, showing us the different lockers, explaining about the different offers, the insurances and overall costs.

We went away to think about it, compared prices and weigh our options.

We decided to go with Shurgard for ease of access as much as anything else, prices are similar across the sector. Completed signup online to save the admin fee and returned with our paperwork.

This time we were greeted by Joshua a really friendly and outgoing character. He went over the process signing in etc and showed us up to our locker. Although the same size it was a different shape to the first one shown by Rob which kinda threw me as I'd already worked out the packing in my head.
Joshua didn't hesitate in showing us another (the same size) and didn't bat an eyelid when we opted to go back to the first one.
He even offered to mop it out for us, although I'd have expected that to be done prior to our arrival it wasn't a deal breaker nor important enough to get him to carry it out.

Friendly help staff, clean and secure with trollies available for use loading and unloading.

Rob was extremely helpful. I wanted to write a review as my husband has recently passed away and I have needed to downsize and did worry about storing my items .Rob showed me the location of my locker and lots of top tips and I have now been a number times as I feel it is a safe, relaxed space - there is always someone at the front desk to speak to. I would recommend the company to anyone especially people that find themselves in my position.

Josh was incredibly helpful with explaining how self storage works. The building looks brand new.

The staff I interacted were kind and knowledgeable, and we're very helpful in selecting the right size unit.

We arrived 15 minutes before clossing time and we met Rob and he was so helpful he took his time helping us and he did not rush us above all he was so freindly ,the world need more people like him 10 stars to Rob

Shurgard offered a great range of unit sizes and reasonable prices (especially the introductory offer!). Friendly staff on site and everything clean and tidy - perfect for what I was looking for.

Staff friendly easy to use storage facilities

The staff there are really friendly and helpful. It was very easy to get everything set up and the storage unit is clean dry and easy to access with lifts and trolleys available to help moving your stuff.
