We have just received our sundial to commemorate the loss of our dog, and all I can say is wow. What we have received is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are incredible, and the round sandstone plinth with the paw prints around it was such a thoughtful and touching addition.

During a very difficult time, you have created something truly special that will help us remember our beloved dog for years to come. We can't thank you enough for what you have produced. It is absolutely brilliant and has exceeded all of our expectations.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ordered a sandstone coloured Golden Retriever which is absolutely gorgeous. Very happy with product and service, All ready for collection exactly when it was needed. Thank You

Ordered Regency Pier Caps on 2nd July, was advised 3 weeks lead time. Got half the order after 6 weeks and the other half a week later. One of the Pier cap stones was damaged, I was asked to take a picture and email it to them on 25th August, after many calls I was promised a replacement for Friday 11th Sept. I am still waiting for a replacement Pier Cap.

Absolutely top notch service and products. I bought c30 pillar caps and the quality and consistency is second to none. Really impressed with the likeness to the stock photos and the sharpness of the pillar caps.

I measured wrong first time and phoned Sean and he was accommodating with making a bespoke size with a new mould required. All this was done in the agreed timeframes.

Terrific service and product from Cook's Cast Stone.

Product, Welsh Stone Trough, spot on and incredibly heavy. It will be around a lot longer than me! Competitively priced. Very happy.

Well. Firstly, the purchases were delivered bang on time. They were a birthday gift for a family member and needed to be received by a specific date, and they were as promised. Unfortunately we needed to return one of the items. Due to the size and weight this item it wouldn't have been easy to arrange by the company or cheap but it was all done on the day that we were told, and they covered the collection fee. I guess this is a small family business working in a very competitive market. I'm sure that alone must have disadvantages.. I have to say they were as good as their word and upon receipt of the returned item a refund was supplied as agreed. I am very grateful for the efforts and communication made through this refund transaction which as I said, for a family business is always going to difficult.
Secondly, the beautiful swan planter was a wonderfully unique gift perfect for all garden lovers.. and is now a key feature of my sisters pretty garden. Thank you Cooks Cast stone. 🙏

Exceptional customer service and quality products.

We purchased Sandstone Regency Pier Caps and Classical Coping Stones, and we were extremely pleased with both the product and service provided. The items were packaged exceptionally well and arrived in perfect condition with no damage at all.

Sean was always available to answer any questions, both before and after delivery. When I contacted him regarding aftercare, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to assist. Throughout the process, he was polite, professional, and provided excellent customer service.

I would highly recommend Sean and the company to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding support.

I had given this a five star rating on Trust pilot but I'm reducing it to four here because upon further inspection there is some slight damage around the base of one of the stones. I don't think this happened in transit because it was packed very well. A good product overall.

Not living on the mainland, this company went above and beyond to provide a sterling service, and guaranteed delivery. I would highly recommend them, and would definitely purchase from them again.

I am baffled by the rave reviews for customer service. I wrote to Sean on May 5th and again 10 days later asking for a sample which he had promised to deal with 'next day'. Nothing has been received.

2nd purchase. Goods arrived in pristine condition. Company great to deal with. Will use again & again...

Absolutely delighted with our Border Terrier sculpture.Received within 10 days of placing order.Excellent service all round. Thank you!

We wanted pier caps for our front garden wall however, the colour on their website was not the right colour. So with Sean's assistance and expertise he and his team were able to make them to the required colour. Product and delivery were both fantastic. Communication was great. Nothing was ever too much. We are very happy overall and would highly recommend Cooks Cast Stone.

Absolutely first rate customer service - Sean was brilliant throughout and adapted plinth perfectly to suit my specific requirements. Item was very carefully packaged up. Would recommend 100%

We’re currently deep into a 12-month house build and I completely missed ordering the window cills — with the builders already offsite, it could have been a real disaster. I ended up taking all the measurements myself (with very little idea what I was doing!) and was pretty stressed trying to sort it quickly.

After some panicked searching, I came across Signature, and I’m so glad I did. Sean was outstanding from start to finish — incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout.

Where other companies were quoting 7–12 week lead times, Sean managed to deliver everything in just 10 days, which honestly saved the situation.

A true expert with excellent communication and guidance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Pleased with the planters very good service and helpful staff we’d recomend

Delivered in the time scale, very well packaged. Beautiful product looks lovely in our garden.

The sundial plinth is a good quality product but 100mm shorter than advertised. The plinth shown in the photo is 520mm not 620mm high. I would not have bought it if I had known.

Good service and product.
