They use a poor delivery company that cannot place pallets conveniently on property. I had to manually shift a whole pallet of wood because the delivery driver blocked the driveway with the pallet

Our standard delivery service is kerbside, as firewood is a very heavy load and moving a pallet further onto a property is not always safe or possible. Where conditions allow, our drivers will often do their best to place the pallet in a more convenient location, but this is at the driver’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
We’re sorry that the pallet was left in a position that caused inconvenience, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. We’ll pass your feedback on to our delivery partner.

The company then emailed me to try and resolve this, which I did not expect and was grateful for. Once the order went through, I was impressed with the delivery company. The driver remembered me from last year and was again very obliging and helpful when leaving the pallet where it was most convenient for me.
