I am completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

They’re very good at communication, but I thought I was buying a bamboo flute, but it came as a plastic one. Other then that there’s no downsides!

Ordered for Christmas on 14th December, had e-mail confirmation. Was informed order was cancelled on 22nd December, no explanation given, too late to find a replacement. Very poor.

Silkrute are providing me awesome services. Team is cooperative and helpful to deliver products to overseas. They are great in the communication and how to do best way help their valuable customers. This time they helped me to get my product within 2 weeks and timely update, even cheaper the price than original home country. I really appreciate and thankful to whole team.

I had positive experiences with Silkrute. The prices are good, and the products I received were of high quality, especially items that can be hard to find elsewhere. What I appreciated most was the customer service—they were very supportive and responsive when I contacted them to check my order and delivery status.
Although delivery can take some time, the communication made the process reassuring. Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend this website.

I have changed my reviews to a positive 5 star. Silkrute took prompt action and delivered the item. I would recommend business with silrute for that reason. Im happy with the service.

I ordered a month ago, my order was confirmed and shipped, given me tracking number, and i tracked it, it said left india, but after a month i am getting email from Silkrute saying my order has been cancelled and i will receive my refund. I didn’t cancel my order, why silkrute cancelled it didn’t say, i dnt know if i will receive any refund, its a clear SCAM company, please dnt buy from them.

Though it has taken a bit longer time than I expected, I am really greatful that the seller answered all my messages and explained step by step regarding shipping. I am glad,few minutes ago I received my package intact.
I should have intially mentioned that the price the seller offers the best price anywhere online.

I ordered a few things from Silkrute. Delivery was before time and items were packed nicely and safely. I will definitely recommend their services and will use them again.

Although due to long distance delivery from India to USA with all the new tariffs and customs issues, Silkrute was very prompt in shipping out the product and then followed up and responded very quickly to all my requests for delivery status. I do recommend to all that you can trust Silkrute for their reliability and due diligence.! 😁

Don't deal with this company (unless you love hassles and delays). Unprofessional. Had to ask for email confirmation of my 6 item order, which was then given 6 order numbers and 6 tracking numbers (another hassle). Delivery was scheduled for 15-30 days. In comparison, orders from the US or China have been delivered within 7-10 days.
In addition, a couple of days later I was advised that one of the items was out of stock. In this age of technology, stock levels should appear on the website. I was offered a replacement. I chose 3 of an item that totalled $1.72 more than the original order. This was not accepted - they counter-offered with 2, not 3, with no mention of refunding me the difference. So I offered to pay the $1.72 difference. And posted this review on TrustPilot. They then accepted my offer - and asked me to edit my review!!
The saga continues.. one of the items was finally dispatched 12 days after ordering. The out of stock item - that they agreed to substitute - they cancelled a week later, and refunded. I need a spreadsheet to track all this.
The items spent 2 weeks in the sorting centre in India before moving on. Just unacceptable.
Next issue - 24 days after ordering, they cancelled 1 of the items and refunded it. Which meant it hadn't even been dispatched yet.
Altogether, very slow order processing and delivery; and unprofessional, unethical behaviour. Very polite the whole time though. But never again.
Note - received 4 items 34 days after ordering.

The package arrived today in a very poor condition the eyeliners packages were filthy and the eyeliner inside were soft and unable to use. I am very disappointed waiting for over a month to receive rubbish.
I will be definitely leaving a very bad review on all social media possible ...
I will not withdraw my case with PayPal if anything I deserve compensation for your poor customer service and atrocious products .

I ordered an item from 9/10/25 today is 27/11/25 it means 39 day off order still not arrived yet. Also no update so very bad experience also I lost my money

My first order had some payment issues, but they responded quickly and resolved everything right away. Delivery is taking longer than I expected, but overall their service has been very good.
