Customer service was friendly & understanding: regarding enquiry of order status. Shoes are perfect in every way, good leather that will last, simplistic detail make it a must have. Will definitely purchase again in the future.

I purchased a rucksack with next day delivery at 12:10pm on a Thursday (I needed it for Friday) and it claims on the website to dispatch if ordered before 4pm. They put my delivery on a 48hour instead of next even though I payed extra for next day. Then when I try to contact to return it I had no response at al. Worst part is the quality of the bag isn’t even with the money. Shocking service, I’d avoid if you can!

Items were not delivered by Royal Mail and the photo evidence of delivery has a different persons name and address.
Despite reporting this to Silver Street over email twice (as there is no contact phone number) they have failed to even acknowledge my email.

Confirmed the order then sent me a Parcel Force confirmation number. 24 hours later sent my money back to Pay Pal with out any email explaining it was cancelled.
Poor customer service, wont bother with them again.

Nothing but send the survey after I have received the goods!! How can I usefully comment otherwise?!

Ordered my Chelsea boots on Saturday afternoon and they arrived the next afternoon. Can't believe the quality of the boots absolutely top notch.

This is my second pair of boots from silverstreet and I have to say the product quality is very good and the delivery service was quick and effortless.

Was informed that the shipping fee quoted and paid was insufficient. Thereafter, was asked to make another purchase to cover the difference between the quote shipping fee and the new shipping fee, with any surplus refunded to me. However, given that this was an international purchase wherein conversion fees were and would be incurred, the Company was not willing to even offer to split the difference between the quote shipping fee and the new shipping fee. Further, was told that I would have to also cover the shipping import taxes where was never disclosed to me.

Honestly, very disappointed with the after service recovery. Hope the Company can do better to quote their shipping fees and be more upfront about any additional fees to be incurred.

Very professional, simple to navigate website with just the right amount of choice, priced very competitively and with a good selection of sizes and colours for each product. I’m usually a bit unsure about ordering shoes on-line but the Chelsea boots I ordered from Silver Street have by far exceeded my expectations. The size and colour have been perfect, in fact I was so impressed I ordered a second pair the following day! Highly recommended.
