I requested the manual for a combination saw I am refurbishing that was made 20 years ago and I received the full information including parts and construction details within a few hours of pressing the send button. Amazing customer service! I’ve never experience service like this before. WOW!

You should have got 4 stars but missing…
You should have got 4 stars but missing information and matching illustrations meant we had to ring a human to ensure we were ordering the right parts.
Rowan saved the day, was very helpful and filled in the gaps in this quarters catalogue (page 30 )where small parts were listed but not displayed in the same logical order and others listed without any illustration. Result we placed an other order !
In other respects the catalogue is very useful but it is very hard to read the item numbers when they are printed against anything that is not a contrasting or white background.

I called about some technical advice for a welder I had bought and although Alexia scheduled me in for a call back from the technical support team, she herself went above and beyond to help me out asap. She was great help and before the tech team had even called she’d already found my problem and saved the day!

Medusa T1000 portable generator.
I obtained a Medusa T1000 generator from my brother recently, but it no operating instructions. I contacted SIP to obtain a user manual and recieved a pdf manual the very next day free of charge. Brillant service.

I had a query about a quite old MIG welder. The technical department got straight onto this for me and sorted out all the answers to my questions within minutes.

No quibble replacement.
The band saw we received had a fault that would not allow the tension knob to rotate in order to change the blade. Using leverage to force the knob to turn, unfortunately, broke the knob off the threaded rod. SIP had no quibbles and promptly replaced the broken part.

I had acquired a secondhand welder without instructions. Reached out to SIP and with an hour or so had received a reply with the instrucrions attached as a PDF from their archives free of charge. Would recommend

Reason for buying SIP products
I received that information that I requested from the help desk. I have previously bought a number of machines from SIP, had a problem with one, was replaced without any hassle. Will continue to buy SIP products as they are reliable and if on the rare occasion a problem does occur, they sort it without and drama
