50ltr compressor issue.
Purchased Four 50ltr compressors. All were tripping the electric when used, regardless of location and premises. Spoke with Nancy in SIP Customer services, arranged to have all 4 collected to be inspected. Received notification SIP engineers could not find any faults, much to my dismay. As I did not have any faith in selling these compressors due to the issue above. SIP arranged to swap these for an alternative 50ltr compressor. Although having to pay the £120.00 carriage charge for the return of the compressors, due to no fault found has left a bitter taste. Nancy in CS has been great. Have not had any issues with the compressors previously purchased from SIP. Will continue to purchase SIP products.

Purchased a compressor airlink…
Purchased a compressor through airlink but was having some issuess in setting it up. Called Rob L in technical (there's only one Rob) and he talked me through how to set it up! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and patient.

The easiest company to deal with
I don't think I have ever come across a company that is so easy to deal with! First off the pump is fantastic, works like a horse and shifts huge amounts of water quickly. [and it is quite lightweight] Secondly when I have had to deal with the company they respond quickly with a lot of sense. The people tasked with dealing with me obviously knew exactly what was needed and sorted it out quickly. Well done

We had a problem with a faulty charging…
We had a problem with a faulty charging plug. As we couldn’t take the product back to the place we purchased it from as they are no longer trading. I contacted sip directly and Rob was very helpful and sent out a new charging plug the next day.

Compressor was damaged in transit but…
Compressor was damaged in transit but Nikki @ SIP was more than helpful at rectifying the problem. A new one was sent out to me the same day and damaged one collected from delivery address. Very polite and dealt with in a super professional manner. New compressor arrived without any damage and really happy with it. It’s the QT version and can’t believe how quiet it is. Will 100% use this company again, thank you Nikki and SIP

Very happy customer - excellent service
I recently ordered a 4in1 air conditioning unit and I could not be more pleased! From the start I was helped by pleasant people who knew exactly what I wanted. Being 31 weeks pregnant this Air Con couldn't of come at a better time and it did not disappoint. Would recommend to everyone :)

Big thanks to SIP and their incredible customer service. Ordered a compressor which unfortunately arrived with a fault, but instantly had a response from support and it felt like the whole team rallied together to have a replacement sent out and the faulty unit collected within a couple of days, at no inconvenience to me at all. Problems happen but it's how they're dealt with that counts, and I felt properly cared for by the team. Thank you.

Delivery of Heavy Equipment NOT Announced Prior
The warranty offered is utterly useless, SIP charges 100GBP just for an inspection prior to any warranty work is undertaken. The inspection is to deny any work to be done under warranty. SIP makes is nye impossible to register goods for warranty too.
I made clear to the supplier, delivery needed to be notified in advance as arrangements would be required to obtain and fit running boards to move the equipment to its installation place.
No notification given and item arrived when no preparation for delivery was done. Made me most annoyed! Experienced total lack of customer concerns/requirements/care! Hence this expensive tandem air compressor Item had to be left in the open in an exposed position overnight.
Item not tested as preparation work was not completed prior to delivery despite making that a condition of purchase with seller.
From experience to date the brand new compressor supplied is probably defective and is likely become a a heavy usless paperwieght.

I called to ask a question about a discontinued mitre saw that I was considering buying second hand and, despite there being no commercial benefit to SIP Industrial, Rob Leonard was super helpful.
He provided a copy of the user manual and wiring guide and also provided a link to where spare parts could be ordered.
Great customer service, especially considering I'm not really a customer!

Excellent customer service
I ordered a replacement regulator for my air compressor. First one arrived poorly packaged and damaged. I informed SIP and a replacement was despatched straight away - no messing. Good quality product and excellent customer service.
