Application for bridging loan finance.
I found Sirius finance through an internet search.
After completing their online enquiry form i was contacted by Christian Artimadis who was very helpful im the online completion of an application to meet my requirements. As the process went on Cain Lam was also heavily involved with my case. They both kept me updated with status and requested information for the prospective lender in a very timely manner, both very polite and knowledgable in the products they could offer.
Due to a change in my circumstaces i have not been required to fully complete the refinance requirement.

Scam Company
I had a terrible experience with Sirius property group. I engaged them in March 2022 to broker a mortgage for me. They claimed they had submitted an application on my behalf in May 2022. However, no application was submitted, and the broker I worked with was let go in December. I had to restart the whole mortgage process which has cost me thousands of pounds more due to the rise in interest rates.

Fast, swift and just what you need for your clients
Having worked with Andy supported by Jody and also Laila, I have had an fantastic experience for my client through Sirius.
My client had already been let down on a bridge from a specialist bank and needed a urgent bridge approved at 75% for a mixed use building that needed works done.
My client needed a bridge completed without all the red tape having been let down by a specialist lender who promised the world and delivered the opposite....
Seller and agent had many cash offers and time wasn't our friend.
Andy and the team was able to source and get a lender to approve a 75% Ltv bridge in a speedy fashion even though there was legal and other issues that were unforseen.
The lender took a pragmatic approach to support this case coupled with the wisdom of Andy,Jody and Laila.
