Terrible Customer Service
This one star is specifically for the customer service attendant, Maria, and here is why.
I purchased three jars of powder. Two of them — the black glitter shades — did not last on the nail tips as advertised. After only three days they began to dissolve, despite the product claiming a durability of 2–3 weeks. I followed all application steps carefully, watched the instructional videos, and as a qualified nail technician, I am fully confident the product was applied correctly. The failure was clearly with the product, not the technique.
I contacted customer support to report this issue. Instead of acknowledging the defect or showing any empathy, Maria responded with lengthy instructions on how to apply the product — completely ignoring the actual problem raised. There was no apology, no recognition of the issue, and no indication that the matter would be escalated or investigated.
At no point was I even asking for a refund. What I expected was basic professionalism and customer care. After further correspondence, it became clear that my concern was simply being dismissed.
When I pointed out that my issue had not been addressed and that I did not need application instructions, her response was: "I'm sorry you feel like my response was not addressing your complaint. Please follow the tips I sent you, you will find you will get much better results."
This was, once again, a complete failure to acknowledge the problem and felt dismissive and disrespectful.
My advice: think carefully before investing in these products. Even low-cost alternatives last longer, and if you encounter any issue, do not expect meaningful support.
If you wish to experience a customer service that offers no empathy, no solutions, and no accountability, then contact Maria. You can expect your concern to be ignored and your experience as a customer to be invalidated.
Very disappointing.
