Used a few times and always had same issue in removing! Told not to scratch the product from off nail with the tool provided, yet why give us a tool that scratches the Polish off no matter how careful you are!? Did untold damage to my natural nails so decided to put it away for about 6 months!
Then decided to give 1 more try and it damaged my nails yet again , this time the cuticles went dry !! Always used cuticle oil but it didn't seem to help , so tried to get it off again and this time reapplied remover rather than using that terrible tool they included , but it actually stung my fingers !! Hate this stuff !! Now I'm back to allowing this rubbish to wear off naturally and it's now gone in the bin !! Needs banning IMHO all those '5 star' reviews are a cop out !!

I first purchased Sistaco in October 2023, and thought it was lovely. I had high hopes after the brand guaranteed no damage, non toxic 'mineral' powder. I was able to use it well and followed all the tips and prep exactly as explained but was unable to get my manis to last more than 6 or 7 days. This didn't bother me massively, but when trying the matte pastel shades I experienced severe staining on my skin and my nail beds themselves and was unable to remove it. I posted about this on the sistaco FB page and was deleted very quickly. I then sought assistance through email about the staining and they were very unhelpful and gave me generic and useless advice about trying toothpaste to remove the stains even though I'd already tried much stronger options and they didn't work.
I stopped using their products after this for fear of further staining and damage.
On the 23rd or 24th June 2024, I received a random email asking for a review on their website, and I completed a 3 star review. I was soon after emailed another generic 'tip' list, which I had already followed... And my review was deleted off their website!
So I've come here to leave a review because I know they can't delete it.
I know they've been censoring their Facebook page and having other pages of people seeking genuine help about their products deleted, and now I am aware that they are also vetting reviews on their website to show inflated 4 and 5 star reviews only. Even a great product will always have a 1 or 2 star review here and there.
Price is also hugely inflated, I would recommend buying mica powders, base and top coat and UV lights elsewhere for much cheaper.

When Sistaco asked me to write a review, I thought why didn't I do this before. I have been using Sistaco now since autumn 2023 and I absolutely love it. My nails,which were weak and brittle, are now strong. The mineral powder colours are beautiful and believe me, if I can learn how to apply this (and I have quite easily) then anyone can. It's an amazing nail system and I highly recommend it.

I've tried multiple times to get this right but it's fiddly and messy and the darker colours are virtually impossible to have any good results ... very patchy and keep having to cure and repeat which can't be healthy for me or my nails. Also doesn't last and wears off in hours so have to remove virtually next day which is a total waste of time and money ...very expensive way of not being able to do own nails!!

Customer Service Non ExistentOrdered 23rd Jan - still waiting for the item to be dispatched (after paying additional for express postage). Claims fast postage. Tried to ring customer service, phone answers and immediately hangs up. Online chat cannot give an answer as to when item will be dispatched. Email still not answered. Posted in online forum for help and post was declined? Don't waste your money

Shocking company and customer service is horrendous. Watch what button you click as you think you are paying for your order but it is adding items and auto charging on PayPal. Then when you ask for it to be cancelled they refuse. Dreadful

The product itself is good, but their business practice is a shady as!

They try and buy good reviews. They've shut down previous Trustpilot reviews because they got unfavourable replies.

There are draconian rules on their Facebook collective where people are prevented from talking about any issues that are having.

It has caused serious damage to some of my friends nails.

The customer service can be shocking. Often if they make a mistake with an order (like if they don't include an item you've paid for) they won't ever admit their mistake and just send you out their missing item. They will just send you a voucher code to be able to add the missing item to your next order, therefore practically forcing you to spend MORE money with them to fix their own error.

They have unfairly and unjustly closed down Facebook groups that talk about all sorts of different mail systems and techniques accusing them of selling "counterfeit product" which is just untrue and ludicrous!

Their censorship is mind blowing and it's a shame, revise the powders are actually really good. They just lie about how way they system is to remove and don't want any mention anywhere of the damage it causes to some people's nails. I'm lucky, mine have been fine, other's not so much.

If you do buyfrom then, don't expect them to correct any mistakes without a fight, and don't expect to be able to discuss any issues openly on their forum. That all has to be hidden away.

I originally was excited to try this product as I had seen lots of advertisements on Facebook for it, and as someone who has used gel for many years, with no problems, liked the idea of how quick & easy it looked - and apparently non toxic. I used it for about 5 months and saw a massive deterioration in my nail quality. I tried to ask questions on their FB collective page, but my questions were never allowed. I very soon realised that their censorship only allowed positive posts. I was so upset by this that I started a Facebook page called Mineral Powder for Nails - Advice & Tips.. This group had been active for about 4 months and had amassed over 1.4k members... everyone discussing all sorts of mineral powders, and applications including different brands and many varying topics were discussed. I never knew when I started it, that there had been many other groups set up to discuss theses things, and that had been shut down, by FB at the behest of Sistaco...
Well last night this group too was shut down for supposed infringment issues. No warning, no explanation nothing, gone!
A wonderfully supportive community of people discussing something we all love - doing beautiful nails.
Lots of members on this group love Sistaco and had a lot of success with it ... but.... It became very clear, very soon that the group was a place that people could come to and honestly share their experiences with this method and company and it became clear that all is not positive and sunny with the collective or products as they would have you know... nails lifting from nail beds, allergic reactions, thinning , peeling, painful nails, skin issues, and draconian censorship, removal from their group, private emails being contacted by the owner, privacy invasion, and all manner of controlling and censoring behaviour that I am truly astounded at!!
This is multi-level marketing from a massive corporation that gives the impression of it being a small Australian, women lead company - This is not true!
I so wanted to love these products but seeing the horrific life-changing damage that some users have experienced after a relatively short time of using , one has to question what's going on here, what is in these products? Where are the Safety Data Sheets..? And why does sistaco have such a massive control about what is said about them online?! Offering free products for positive reviews.

All I would say is buyer beware, If there's truly nothing wrong with this product why are you shutting down all of the Facebook groups that can openly discuss the products..?
Facebook should be ashamed of allowing a company to have such censorship on social media - The little person has no way of getting their voice heard against a big company like this..😔

Sistaco has ruined my nails. My nails are now splitting and some are lifting off the nail bed. I believe it is their base coat that is toxic. I haven't used Sistaco for 3 months now and my nails are still not growing much, but are slightly stronger - hopefully my nails will eventually get back to the way they were before Sistaco. When I approached Sistaco my post was deleted and I was banned. I'm not the only one, there are so many women who only want advice but as soon as it is a negative comment Sistaco delete and ban them. I've been a member of other FB groups that are trying to help Sistaco users and some how Sistaco has managed to get those group stopped and removed. They are a horrible company and they are very deceiving... don't believe all the positive posts you see as that is all Sistaco are showing and hopefully reviews here will be seen.

I’m so in Love with the Sistaco nail system!! Easy to use and you can be creative and do whatever you please with this system. It is long lasting and the colors are amazing and so is the customer service. Since my first order I’ve placed several more orders. What’s also important to me is how this nail system compliments EVERY skin tone!!! Removal is easy and I literally want to change my nail color everyday. Another advantage to this system is there is no right or wrong way to apply, you can experiment and see what works best for you!!! I’m thankful for all my online sistas where we have a platform to express and share our experiences and ideas. Thank you again Sistaco for delivering great products and for creating powders that again compliment ALL skin tones. I’m truly in Love and will never go back in the Name of the Most High !! My nails are healthy and I don’t have to worry about damage from my waterless scrub work. No chips, but do get some wear which is normal. Overall Sistaco is gonna be forever my go too. I tried the Sistaco nail system for the first time last week and my nails still look great! I have soft nails and and regular polish chips within hours. The only thing that has worked has been powder dip but it has to be done at the nail salon and is costly plus it uses drills and lots of acetone. I am absolutely thrilled that for 8 days with Sistaco my nails haven’t broke and the gorgeous polish is still looking great and gets great compliments. I also love that the online support group offers great tips, ideas and tricks I never would have thought of. I even bought additional colors even though I just started using the system. I treated my daughter-in-law to a peach classic manicure today and she adored the look. This is everything I could have imagined. Yeah!

I have had a good experience with Sistaco, what I always hated about gel manicures is the damage it does to my nails, sistaco comes up much easier with the express remover and I love how easy it is to apply, the colors are all beautiful and you can mix your own!

I happened on this product (Sistaco) by an ad on social media. I clicked that ad and I have never been more pleased! Sistaco is everything I have been searching for! I've tried nail strips, done the salon thing and the results was unhealthy nails at a premium price. Sistaco is a much healthier option and so so easy! Honestly it is easier than nail strips and way more salon looking! If you haven't tried it, don't wait! You will be so happy you did!

I'd given up on traditional nail polish because of the short life on my nails and not finding colors that I liked. Took a chance with Sistaco's 3 color kit with Rose Gold, Mocha, and Lagoon (a color I would not normally choose). I liked the idea of being able to mix your own colors. My first mani I wanted to see how each of the colors would look, so I did all three colors separately and then mixed them together. I was surprised to get a nice shade of purple. Rose Gold on pointer, Mocha on middle, Lagoon on ring and the 3 mixed colors together for a purple-grape on the little finger and thumb. Needless to say, I've ordered 6 more colors. 💅 Love this kit and how easy it is to do at home and long lasting. Just past the two week mark on the first mani and still going strong.

This polish process was so easy! No mess, no cleaning up on the cuticles. The color is wonderful. I love this stuff!

Different, fun and beautiful nail product. Super easy to use and the finished product is amazing. I've tried 3 out of the 6 colors I ordered and have received nothing but compliments.

I have been using this product since July, the colors are vibrant and very pretty, it is extremely easy to put on and if your messy soak your a hands in water to soften and take and orange stick to clean around. I have placed 6 orders I love this product I use the express remover which yes may take a couple times depending on short or long wear but at the same time is still quicker than soaking in acetone or the removal hub. I will continue to use this product and absolutely love it.

This is the best system for people that struggle to do their own nails and have them look good. It’s expensive to go to the salon and I tried doing my own nails. I tried several different products and I could not make them look decent at all. And my nails were getting ruined trying. I tried sistaco and the ease of it is tremendous! The first time trying I didn’t take a lot of time. They looked good and lasted a week. Second time I prepped my nails good and my manicure is going on it’s second week and still looks great! I can do it myself and can use my own creativity on my nails as well. And they are actually grow stronger! I cannot say enough good about this system.

This system is the best thing I've seen for manicure/pedicures! It's easy to use, doesn't damage your nails and is FUN! The colors are awesome and they always have new things coming in. If you are on the fence, just do it. I've placed two orders so far (in two months) and plan on making one purchase a month. And join the Facebook group for ideas/conversations.

I have been using Sistaco since July and have since become addicted to it. The colors are great and I love the shimmer. It stays beautiful on your nails for a long time. I will never use regular nail polish again.
