Useful and informative, provided clarity on what should and shouldn't be done. Tutor Lisa was excellent and had in depth knowledge that she was willing to share.

Was a fantastic 3 days I was gutted it was over was very fascinating and learned alot

Really enjoyed the training. Lisa was really engaging and made the material really relevant and less daunting than it might have been. I particularly appreciated there being a female dummy to try CPR on. Would hate to die because someone was nervous of my breasts, so thought this was a particularly important element of the course - I hope its done as standard!

It was a well presented and balanced course that allowed for everyone to participate in a comfortable environment.

The course was delivered very well and with clear information and examples where possible.

Amazing 3 days doing the level 3 first aid at work tarining. The trainer Donna H was amazing. Having a great trainer makes the course not only enjoyable but i did look forward to attending each day. She was very knowledgeable and had lots of experiences dealing with and providing first aid.

Donna our trainer was excellent and extremely thorough. I learnt a lot through this training and feel prepared to deal with real life emergencies. The book we received, I now carry everywhere with me and also found this useful for future references.

Trainer was very good and explained instructions and things clearley .
She was good demostrating, and took time to help if struggling with getting things done correctly on the manaquin.
It was good to have a guide book for future refrence and also a pack each of the bandages and slings to have a go on each other.
