A fantastic course covering all the main elements of First Aid, from cuts and bruises to CPR. The course was taught by an excellent teacher, and run at a pace that allowed the class to ask lots of questions. Practical demonstrations were practiced by all class attendees. The facility is clean and organised with a canteen space for breaks. The staff were friendly and encouraging. I would recommend this course to anyone who needs First Aid for the workplace, Sport or Day to Day life.

I really enjoyed this one day Course.... I learnt a lot and it was very informative...our trainer, Raymond, was very nice and demonstrated everything perfectly.. I feel more confident after this one than I did after my first one. Hopefully I'll never need to utilise what I learnt but I'm glad that I have the information stored if I ever do. So thank you Raymond

Very good one day, relatable course. Perfect for a refresh and to bring urgency to your response in an emergency. I felt welcomed and at ease throughout. Plenty of breaks and first class knowledge from the trainer.

It was fantastic the ladies were amazing showing things about drugs needles etc that I did not know updated cards would be more useful but that is not a negative comment just a suggestion

The course was very in-depth, more than I expected for a re qualification but jogged my memory nicely, Tanya was a good leader & clear and precise. Only 4 of us in the group which made it a bit more personal. Gary was learning how to do the course & was very helpful & friendly too.

Trainer was great and made the course really enjoyable! Thank you, I learnt a lot. Would highly recommend.

great training course, very informative was the trainer. From the very start with reception and the briefing from front of house I felt at ease and my morning course was enjoyable.

Matt was very good, the only thing I would suggest is to double check if the equipment work fine before the start.

Informative, well delivered course

A great course with really good content. Trainer was very good and kept you engaged.

The venue could have had better facilities. Chairs were uncomfortable and no table provided to rest on while taking notes.

Liz made everyone feel comfortable, the delivery was simple to understand and dynamic.

It was nice to feel relaxed and comfortable with two nice lady’s we had fun and done what we went for

Was a fantastic 3 days I was gutted it was over was very fascinating and learned alot

Really enjoyed the training. Lisa was really engaging and made the material really relevant and less daunting than it might have been. I particularly appreciated there being a female dummy to try CPR on. Would hate to die because someone was nervous of my breasts, so thought this was a particularly important element of the course - I hope its done as standard!
