I recently attended the one-day First Aid training course and found it to be extremely valuable. The training was highly interactive, which helped keep me engaged and focused throughout the entire day.

Ben, our trainer, was knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly, creating a positive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable participating and asking questions. What I appreciated most was his emphasis on practical learning rather than overwhelming us with theory. He focused on the key information and skills that we would need in real-life situations, with plenty of hands-on practice.

I left the training feeling much more confident in my ability to respond appropriately in a range of emergency situations. Overall, it was an excellent course, and I would highly recommend both the training and Ben as a trainer.

The pace was good and although there was a lot of information to take in, I feel confident in my role as a first aider.

Great course for basic first aid, John the trainer was great, had lots of knowledge from different aspects of first aid and was a happy and made the course fun.

Donna was great, as were the reception team. Really enjoyed my experience at St Johns

These courses can feel long and drawn out. I can't remember the name of the trainer but she was so fun and informative that the 3 hours flew by and I've already in the process of implementing some suggestions from the session we had.

I found the course very informative and Chris was very explanatory in all parts of the course practical and literal , great sense of knowledge and great at all questions being fired at him .

Recently did Fire Warden and First Aid at work in Cardiff. Both were taken by Ben, he is great. Makes everyone feel welcome, at ease and respectful to all.

Our teacher Donna N was fantastic. She delivered the content in an engaging and interactive format, which made it easy to concentrate and learn.
The only “constructive criticism” I have is that our classroom had no tables which meant me and other members of the group frequently sent our pens etc flying when we knocked the mini-arm rest table things over!
Overall I would definitely recommend this course.

amazing , the woman was very clear explaining things and ensured everyone understood before moving on to the next thing. i understand first aid a lot better now

The one day Emergency First Aid course was well-delivered and very useful. The trainer was excellent. The location at the Mercure Hotel Llansamlet was good but allow plenty of time for early morning rush hour traffic.

All good Cource delivered well by tutor covered all areas

Course was ok, trainer tried to make it as enjoyable as possible

Interesting and interactive course. Garry was very enthusiastic about first aid and would add little anecdotes from his life which made it less monotonous.
