A top star, well delivered, informative First Aid course.
Clear and concise instructions. The instructor (Donna) was very knowledgeable, engaging, and explained everything clearly. There were plenty of hands on exercises and ample opportunities to ask questions.

Wasn’t happy when the trainer was being cocky saying someone he resuscitate died. Shrugging his shoulders at the time. Very disrespectful.

The worst first aid course I have ever attended. The guy “John” talked at us for 6 hours. It was not interactive, the guy constantly swore for effect and kept us sat down the whole time.

Professional teachers with great experience and gentle souls in a topic (Mental Health First Aider) which can be difficult at times for those recieving the training.

Friendly but professional, knowledgeable tutors, that encouraged involvement and input from all participents.

The tutor we had (donna) was absolute fabulous, very good communicating, explain things even if we ask multiple times , she made sure we understood everything before moving to the next step x Donna made our experience so much calmer and enjoyable, Her service definitely was above and beyond.

I would highly recommend this first aid course to anyone! The course covered all necessary areas of first aid in a practical hands on manner. Our trainer Garry was great at giving examples/situations and was always there to answer any questions we had. All staff were welcoming and the facilities were great.

It was the best first aid course I have done (and I have done several!) The instructor was absolutely outstanding. He was easy to understand, was patient, witty and extremely knowledgeable. I gained so much from the course. Thank you so much. I know feel far more confident with my updated knowledge. It was an excellent balance of theory and practice.

Our Trainer Ellen was great, extremely knowledgeable and used humour within the day's training which is always good.
The course covered all we needed to be taught and we were able to ask questions relevant to our children, which she was able to answer.
A very informative day!

The course was consice with all the waffle removed, this meant the whole course was focused. John the person delivering the course was very good, never rushed through any aspect and was happy to pause along the course and give examples and answer questions.
The only Reason this course hasn't got 5 starts is because when we arrived the room was quite chilly and John had no way of putting the heating on to remove the chill from the room
