Why use UPS??
Why use UPS for delivery of your products? They are pathetic at best, have little or no interest in their customers let alone the hopeful recipients of your goods.
Delivery days are not met. As for delivery slots they are 24hrs.
My experience led to waiting in all day only to receive an email informing me the goods previously marked as out for delivery were not even in the country so another 4 days added to delivery time. Next delivery changed to a day when no one home so missed the only day they could deliver..Do not use Skechers online!!!!
Absolutely no customer service, Never Again!
Awful customer service - well, actually no customer service. No phone option, chat doesn't work, which only leaves email, which they completely ignore. They unfortnately use UPS as the only option for delivery, who never give a time, literally just "before the end of the day" - whatever that means! Very difficult to return items (also by UPS) - they now appear to have lost the shoes I returned - no receipt, no contact, no confirmation, no refund, so I'm seriously out of pocket.
From the reviews, it sounds like people have a better experience using the shops, but after this I doubt that I'll even do that - and certainly will never purchase onine with them again - an awful experience.

I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis and for a few months now and have been in dreadful pain until I visited the Shrewsbury store shopping centre where a very knowledgeable young lady called Emma served me and OMG what a relief she found and explained about theses trainers I bought alongside a pair of slip on shoes to wear in doors all for anyone that suffers with what I have! she was lovey very polite and understanding so just want to say a BIG THANK YOU EMMA and team I will defo be coming again
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO CONTACT POINT
Really not worth ordering something from this company. Ordered a pair of trainers which were too big so decided to send them back. No choice but UPS courier and unable to arrange collection from home. No chat facility or phone number on Skechers website so sent them an email via their website explaining I am disabled and unable to get to my nearest UPS point and need them to arrange a collection from home for me. Absolutely no response whatsoever. Now faced with the prospect of trying to find somebody that can take their shoes to the access point for me, which is inconvenient and belittling for me to have to ask or keep the shoes which were very expensive and which are no use to me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Would never order from them again.

We were served by Connie. She was so helpful and kind. She suggested different styles and fits, as well as sizes until she found a pair that were really comfortable.

I just want too thank Connor who helped me with my sketches purchase, he was absolutely incredible, he told me about the sketches I was buying and what was best for me, I would recommend this young man for an award as the employee of the month if there was one, thank you Connor, I will definitely be back.
Poor Quality and Rude Customer Service
I purchased 2 pairs of slip ins from the Fleetwood outlet store. Tried them on great fit and off I went, I bought these as I had previously bought a pair of slip ins over 2 years ago that had been fantastic. I was going on holiday the following week and I was using 1 pair whilst I was away. I walked around the house in them to make sure they where comfortable on the first day of my holiday I was asked by the friend I was with “Where had I got my knocked off trainers from”. I said they most definitely were not knock offs and asked why, she pointed out that the SKECHERS label on the tongue of the left shoe was stitched on upside down. I was mortified and for the next 4 days it was all I could see and as I had only the one pair of shoes I had no option other than to wear them. On my return I emailed the customer service department it said 5 working days for a reply what a joke this did not happen, so I emailed again it took 4 working days after the second email and I got a very rude, ignorant reply from Adam, his response was
“I do apologise for the upside down label that your shoes do have as this should not be the case!
As you did not purchase these shoes from our online website we are unable to exchange or reimburse you for these shoes here at Head Office as we operate on a different system to our retail team.”
Wow how stupid of me to think that Skechers head office would cover the whole of the Skechers brand.
I explained that I have to wait to be taken to the store and that it is a large distance from where I live so the answer to this was
“We are aware that you mentioned it would be difficult to get to the Fleetwood store to return these shoes so we were wondering if there is a more local store you could visit about this matter so the store can hopefully help you?”
The only other store in the area is in Blackpool also a distance from my home and I am not sure I feel confident that they will accept them from the “hopefully “ he uses in the reply.
So I currently have £52.50’s worth of shoes just sat in a box, these shoes should have been £75 a hefty price tag for items that obviously are made on the cheap because how else would this have happened, where has the quality gone in 2 years ? I will be returning them as soon as I can and never buying another pair of Skechers again, I am not sure that the pair I am left with will last long as the quality is questionable when you look at it. I spent over £120 in the store that day, money I had been saving up and knowing I don’t get to go there very often is why I bought 2 pairs. A huge mistake that was. I would recommend not buying Skechers there are better brands out there for a lot less money.

Trying to get hold of this company for a return is like going to the moon and back, virtually impossible for most normal humans.
British rain a challenge for this brand!
After getting wet on the first time I wore them, the insole shrivelled up into a hard lump in one shoe.
Customer services suggest I buy a pair of generic insoles rather than considering their product is faulty.

This company is a nightmare to get a hold of, you only have 1 option with a delivery company, there's no other option than to print off label when you don't have a printer. There's no option to take the parcel to a a drop off shop where you can print the label off in-store. Their chat option only gives questions to answer and isn't helpful at all. I will not be buying from them again.
Sketchers quality gone absolutely…
Sketchers quality gone absolutely rubbish, for such a quality overpriced constant manufacture issues and doesn't accept returns if no box even though issue is not a size but quality. The ones we bought has issue at the part of laces, some stitching issue, shoes rubbs off skin at the top of foot even through socks and sketchers refuse to refund. Not worth a penny.
Shocking customer service
Customer service is shocking. They don’t reply to emails and they make returns as difficult as possible. Other companies offer digital labels for returns and a choice of carriers but Skechers use only UPS which is notoriously hard to access. The shoes are good but I shall not be buying from the website again

I will not be buying from this website again.
Trying to verify my student status turned into a completely unnecessary and frustrating process. I study with the Open University, and unlike traditional universities, we do NOT have student email addresses.
Instead, we use a student portal – which I provided. I also submitted my enrolment email clearly showing my student ID, and even provided my course IDs (twice, as I’m enrolled in two courses this year).
Despite giving all the correct and valid documentation, it still wasn’t accepted. It’s clear there is no understanding or flexibility when it comes to different types of universities.
Overall, a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.
