Drivers are scammers.

I was overcharged $51 more than set price $216. I booked large taxi 9 passengers from house pick up to white bay cruise terminal. Set price was $216. Instead of 1 large cab, two medium sized cabs showed up. 1 driver charged $120 and another charged $147.

On time and in constant communication…

On time and in constant communication with me. Treated my five month old very well. Gave me good advice on collecting travel fare from airline after my flight got canceled.

The best experience i had

The best experience i had. I was really worried as we have a one year old and none of the other cabs were accomodating as such. They didnt offer baby seats. I am so thankful for your help.

We were 4 adults travelling with baby and pick up was right on time and baby seat was great. Driver was fantastic. Woukd highly recommend.

Corporate Group Feedback

Hi, I have used your company before with no issues, however this time the experience was different.
I Pre-booked a Maxi for a corporate group.
1. Driver called 1 hour before pickup to confirm where he could find us (as lots of apartments in the area), I told him I was confused as it's a Company (all information is in the booking?, he also could also have googled this information to get exact information and location).
2. I got a text 25 mins before booking to advise he was going to be late as traffic was bad. Overall pickup was ~25 mins late from pickup time.
3. Driver was on phone when he arrived, seemed more interested in phone than greeting myself or the people
4. Maxi Cab was dirty, I could see cups/rubbish all over the floor obviously from other passengers BUT not a nice experience

Total rip-off

Total rip-off! Ordered a Shuttle from Sydney Airport to the city with a group. Had to order a third one to accomodate all the luggage although we told them beforehand, we would bring suitcases as we want overseas. In the end we had to pay way more than expected because of a third taxi we had to book. We had no other choice… would definitely not recommend!

After preordering our cab one week…

After preordering our cab one week before we arrived on time and had to wait 20 minutes for our driver to arrive. We ordered a sedan with a baby seat from sky maxi cabs and had a 13 cabs van turn up. We had pre confirmed payment for our trip and the driver told us we needed to pay extra $5 for airport car parking. Disgusting experience.

Both maxi taxis were over 25 minutes…

Both maxi taxis were over 25 minutes late (27 and 28 to be specific), so we were 30 minutes late to the restaurant.

Communication was delayed and the drivers told us they had only been contacted for the trip 10 mins prior to arriving.

Very disappointed in the service, not sourcing us taxis efficiently which is the whole point of your company.

Additionally, it was not busy on the roads!
