While it used to be good I have watched the quality deteriorate. If you cash out, don't expect to win anytime soon. Super glitchy. Landed on a bonus on reels and wheels xl and it didn't play. Watch your balance as you hit spin. They will take double bets sometimes. They absolutely control of you win and how little you do. There is no randomness whatsoever. 100$ of the time after getting a big win (10x bet) you will lose it all before you start to win anything again. I used a different email for this review as to not have any backlash on potential sister sites.

the deposit bonus is a scam i joined 1 week and had 200.00 in bonus it dissapeared 1 week in ...and was told it expired nothing i could do about it............then when i asked to withdraw my real money deposits i was told i could not......never have been told i couldnt withdraw my own money that i won.....ever ....this seems to be a scam will be reported to the authorities..and filed..........i am not the only one on here saying the same things

I don't get the bad reviews - To be fair, I'm sure I've lost more money than won over the years, but they have always paid out almost immediately when I have won, and I've won and requested a payout nearly 200 times (I checked my gmail slots.lv folder) I have always had the best experience. For the hundreds of hours of entertainment I have received I don't feel ripped off at all. I have actually hit a few slot wins of over $1,000 and have had absolutely NO problems getting my crypto within an hour. No problems here. I think the people complaining here are complaining that they didn't win every time. I don't think they quite understand how a casino works.. Weird... Customer service has always been great! A little glitchy sometimes and a lot of maintenance going on but with the volume of traffic they must get I can understand. Any glitches I've had have only been connection or glitchy graphic problems, but I don't feel like they have ever disadvantaged my game play. Honest review from a real player that has tried just about every casino site.

Absolutely the worst casino ive ever used period . The level of shade on slots is insane unfortunately it feels like im being cheated. They do payout and its pretty quick via bitcoin but good luck winning. 99% of the time it's purely losses and im not depositing again to see if it'll change. Fees are not a good idea when im already losing everything lastly it's shady charging my card in one country then the next deposit charge is in another country. Due to them reasons im done using this and all other sites.

I just closed my account , I've been long time member and spend alot of money here. I've made several attempts to speak with a supervisor but your agent by the name of stive would not transfer me to someone who knows what there talking about. I won $999 on the mystic wolf game in money. Not rewards points and as I was playing it vanished and turn into $13.59 ? I first spoke to agent Daniel and we got disconnected before he could provide me a answer. So the next agent by the name stive was appointed, he tells me that there is no record on your system of this ? So I sent a screen shot wanna take another look? Smh no record. oh...now he tells me he sees it. Okay first of all I can already see where this is going. So I asked where did my money go ? He gave me told me everything everything about BOB(money) except for what the hell happened to Bob . Then try to say it was rewards points then went on talking about everything but the issue of the the missing winnings as if I just started playing yesterday. After multiple attempts to ask to speak to a supervisor he said he can't ? what do you mean so I stuck with an Imcompendent agent that can't resolve my issue. At that point I just took a loss had to settle with the fact you guys cheated me out of $999 SO I HAD MY ACCOUNT CLOSED. This was poor customer service and experience was absolutely terrible. I spent over 120k with them and to receive nickel and dime service. I'm am extremely disappointed. So this was the email I sent. Have they made any attempts to make it right. NOPE. If you want to get cheated, robbed of your winnings by all means. Wait until it happens to you.

Hello my name is Ryan Christy.
Quite sometime ago my account was closed, I’m not 100% sure, but my girlfriend Isabella wood had created an account after me. I believe slot lv thought I had duplicate accounts at the time. Not sure why because you had required her to verify her account as well. In any case , I’m going to paint the entire picture decscibing how I ended up exactly where I am currently.
So I had contacted you guys after my original account was closed, you guys told me that you couldn’t reopen my original account. Trust me it made zero sense, since my account was opened prior to anyone else who lived with me. My account was the original. I had a significant amount of miles. I was angry it was closed, however, you guys offered to allow me to create a new one.

So even though I had a slot.lv account I didn’t play nearly as much as I did in the past. I would make deposits occasionally.
Well one day I had enough, I got super pissed and I requested my account be disabled. It was totally my choice. Things stayed that was for quite sometime, then I bug to play her, I contacted the representative, I asked if my account could be enabled? That referenced both accounts, I told them I didn’t care which account they enabled as long as I had would not have any issues if I was lucky enough to withdraw. The representative assured me I would have no problems, and my account was enabled, again this was at my request.
Things stayed that way and I would make deposits every now and then.
Which brings us almost up to date, on 8-30 I made some deposits, I actually won a little over $400. There was no bonus attached to my deposit, not that it would matter, but I’m explaining exactly what you put me through.
In the past it had never taken more than a day to get paid, after a day I’m sent an email. Telling me my withdrawal request was cancelled, it also made mention of my two accounts.
I’m sure you understand, I was pissed off beyond measures. I attempted to email but nothing , zero responses to my request for communication. After several days, I was able to talk to someone, I explained everything and she understood, she acknowledged that a mistake was made and she said she would make my funds available, again,the withdrawal request had already been set up.
At that point both accounts were disabled, however, after explaining all this to the representative, she said she would make the funds available, but she was going to move the funds to my original account.
Well that shocked me since previously I was told that account could not be reopened? After about an hour sure enough, that account was enabled and the funds were moved.
I would say up to that point my funds were locked and held hostage for a little over a week. Keeping in mind I’ve done nothing wrong, I was 100% transparent when I asked for that account to be enabled, I had made multiple deposits, one of which had never posted, I never had the opportunity to play it.
That deposit along with two super scratch cards were available to me up to the point that I requested that withdraw and you guys disabled my account. Since those scratch cards are only available for 48 hours I lost the ability to take advantage. I also had a considerable amount of points.
So you guys held my withdrawal hostage, you never posted one of the crypto deposits, I lost 2 super scratch cards based on deposits over $30, and I lost all my comp points. Not to mention, the representative never apologized, she simply told me that my funds would be made available, on my original account.
Like a fool, instead of sitting up the withdrawal for $425, even though it was 100% set up already, I played the balance down to zero. When I looked for my scratch cards they were not available a,one with my points. That representative simply transfer the balance only.
When I requested a supervisor so I could again, waste hours of my life explaining everything multiple times, the representatives would drop my chat and force me to begin again.
Now both accounts are again disabled, I’m simply requesting what I had earned, what was rightfully mine.
I want my account enabled, I also want something comparable to the scratch cards and comp points I had lost due to you guys deciding to put me through hell.
I would also like something for the time I’ve lost, and due to my funds being locked up for roughly a week until I was able to chat with someone who wasn’t an idiot.

I signed up with this website today after seeing a welcome bonus offering a 200% deposit match and 30 free spins on the Golden Buffalo. I clicked the welcome bonus link and ensured it was at the top of my screen before making my Bitcoin deposit. However, after my deposit was completed, the bonus was not awarded. When I contacted support, they informed me that a deposit had already been made and the bonus would not be awarded. I suspect that the welcome bonus is a phishing scam designed to encourage deposits without providing the promised benefits.

One of my hobbies is like to do online gambling in the furious casinos. Well, this morning there's no different. I was online trying to find a casino with the highest RTP, when I came across "Slots.lv". They had Very good reviews, so I decided to try them out. I selected their welcome bonus and then deposited my cryptocurrency. About fifteen minutes later when the bitcoin went through, I noticed that I did not have my two hundred percent bonus or my thirty free spins that I had paid for. I thought, oh well, no big deal. I just forgot to put it on there. So I contacted there customer service. When they informed me that I would not be getting a bonus, and I'll not be getting any free spins. I wasn't sure what this was because this is the first time I'd deposited anything with this company. The customer service agent informed me that it was a business decision, but I would not be getting any bonuses after I had already paid for them. Can anybody explain to me how this is logical or fair or ethical? If they didn't want my business, they should have inform me that there would be no more bonuses From then on. But they decided to Not refund my money and give me nothing. I still am not sure why. I'm not sure how they can get away with this.
And I have screenshots of all this to prove it, but I don't see any way to attach it on here.
UPDATE- If you decide to put me on a list and not give me bonuses, fine. That's wasn't my complaint. What I had a problem with is that you should have told me that before I spent money with you, not after the fact. I don't see how you can justify this.

**Slots.lv Casino Review: Once Great, Now Terrible – Beware!**
The dates are many I played here for 2 almost 3 years! I stopped playing here in May 2024!!
I used to be an avid fan of Slots.lv Casino. Over the years, I had some decent wins and was treated well with attractive bonus offers. The experience was thrilling, and I felt like a valued player. However, it’s been a while since I dared to play, and ALL recent BAD reviews about glitches, nonexistent customer support, or rude and uncaring staff made are 100000% REAL!!
My hesitation turned out to be justified. During my last play session, I hit a big win, only to be kicked out of my account and have it suspended under the ridiculous claim that I was playing from a restricted area. Seriously, Colorado? Come on now! After some back and forth, they reopened my account. I played for hours, but unsurprisingly, I couldn't win anything substantial again.
Slots.lv has gone downhill fast. The customer service is abysmal, the games seem rigged, and the entire experience has become downright horrible. To anyone considering this casino, please, stay away unless you want to get robbed. Consider yourself warned.

I really enjoyed playing on this website, however upon playing today i experienced a glitch and my webbrowser stopped loading, I was unable to redeem my total winnings from the game i was playing at the time, i have tried to seek help from chat support and none of them was able to assist me. $200 gone in 10 mins just becsuse of that glitch and the winnings i never got to claim! Please be mindful of spending your hard earned money and only bet what u can afford to lose.

Update.ive given Slots LV more than enough of a chance. They will never convince me they didn’t change something. I know how frequently I was winning before, and not having a win exceeding $200 in the several month period since when I changed absolutely nothing on my end is all the evidence I need. They got me though, they made me think they truly cared about my opinion and my experience. Fool me once……I can promise that my money will be spent elsewhere. For those saying the negative reviews are just haters? Keep throwing your money away cause that’s how they get you…..throw some wins your way and get their hooks into you then cut it off. It’s not if it will happen but when. Save the headache and find another casino.
After reading the response by Slots LV I decided to give them another try, which sparked my previous review about the small win. I can honestly say that since I posted that update, I’ve yet to win since. I mean hardly even get a win inside of a game. Relating to my original review, they will never convince me that something wasn’t changed. To go from the wins and fun that I had on the casino before, to how it’s been the last month and a half, the difference is staggering. And no fun whatsoever. Don’t waste your money because the second you start to enjoy yourself they will clamp it down and rob you of all the enjoyment. I’ve been playing for over a year and feel my experience is not only reflective of my own personal experience, but I feel I’ve given it way more than a fair chance. Slots lv used to be my favorite go to casino. And trust me I spent some money there. But I was also winning. Not a ton, but $800 here, $1000 there. So I felt justified. Recently they had some maintenance “down time” and since then I’ve not won a thing. I’m not sure what they changed but they took every single bit of fun out of it for me. No one likes to just pump money into something without getting something in return. So it’s time for my wallet and I to find a new mutually beneficial casino to waste my hard earned money on. Se supone que ambos recibamos el su depósito y yo mi bonificación al mismo tiempo!! Todas las confirmaciones se completaron y yo sigo sin recibir nada, un agente me dice una cosa y el otro agente me dice otra, y si vuelvo a hablar con otro agente seguro me dirá otra cosa, me habían dicho que en una hora lo recibiría pero paso la hora y nada!
