Smart Drainage Ltd Bewertungen

From the initial enquiry, to drain survey and completion of works, Nigel inspired confidence with his knowledge and sharp ability to find solutions for an old and failing system. He was quick to respond to any queries and we are grateful for his excellent service and for the hard work undertaken by his team on a difficult site. We were extremely impressed by how well our complex job was pulled together, with excellent service and finished result.

We would highly recommend Smart Drainage without reservation. Nigel and his team were superb. They installed a new drain line for us quickly and efficiently. Their attention to detail was second to none - both on site and regarding the necessary paperwork associated with the works. Most importantly the care they showed to our property, ensuring that everything was left as they initially found it, was fantastic and we could not have asked for more. We cannot thank them enough for the work they did and again we would highly recommend them without reservation.

On time, efficient, informative and friendly.

Turned up on time and did the job very efficiently.

We were looking for a new company to empty our sewage treatment plant.
An afternoon appointment was easily arranged over the phone and confirmed by e-mail. The tanker turned up on time as agreed. The driver (Jake) was very friendly and professional, and proceeded to empty our sewage tank quickly and without any mess whatsoever. It was the neatest 'desludge' I've seen.
A Waste Transfer Note was then subsequently sent by e-mail, followed by an e-mail with an invoice for the work. Just a click on a link then allowed easy on-line payment. The charge for the 'desludge' seemed very reasonable.
Hence, I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and service I received from Smart Drainage. I will contact them again next year and recommend them without hesitation.

A quick phone call to Smart Drainage, spoke to Thomas who explained the process for emptying and inspecting our septic tank.
He gave us a quote to do the job and emailed it over.
We arranged a date to carry out the job.
The team arrived nice and early to carry out the job.
They let me know what they were going to do and explained their findings.
The report was sent through quickly along with a quote for the work required to bring things up to meet the regulations.
I will be getting them in to carry out the work.

The various crews worked very hard in some extreme conditions dealing with a lot of rock which all had to be shifted by hand up some steep slopes. Always friendly and managed to put most of garden back as it was before

Excellent servlce from these guys , prompt responses from initial online query right the way through follow on dealings .Very professional approach to all aspects of drainage work.

Helpful, with prompt polite service.

Excellent service

friendly and efficient people to deal with

We needed a fast report on the septic tank of a property we were hoping to purchase. Smart Drainage provided this and then were very informative when we spoke with Nigel about our various options. We will be going back to them to carry out the necessary work once our purchase has completed.

First class service at a competitive price

Every thing went smoothly from placing the order to the work being completed. Workers were polite and kept us informed through out. Will definitely use their service again.

We have tried every other septic tank service company in mid Devon over 50 years but we have found Smart Drainage to be the best. Our property is remote and isolated along narrow moorland lanes and the tank is not easily accessed but they provide a prompt efficient no mess service at a very reasonable cost and have cheerful and helpful employees.

Easy booking and prompt arrival of de-sledging team and efficiently carried out. Price was also significantly lower than local completion. Thanks Smart Drainage

Fantastic company. All work completed and finished within the schools half term deadline. Great customer service and professional workmanship.

The whole service was just great. They were not long in attending. They turned up on time with nice clean lorry and equipment. The driver was so helpful and decent and polite. He soon got on with the job and was in his way. Lastly the communications were highly efficient and the correct paperwork supplied electronically. Top Class!

Simply the best. Always on time Always can squeeze you in when you have a emergency.
