Angela is an amazing VA
Angela DeWitt is an amazing VA , she helped me so much with my work and projects. It gave me more precious time to spend on the things I enjoy most and took the dread away from the tasks I didn’t like doing .

SmartPA helping us focus on our core project work
We needed someone to help us out with day to day bookings and travel arrangements for our team. Our team is growing but this is not yet a function that can be handled by a full-time person. By adding Tashene to our team, it allowed giving more space to our employees to focus on their project work and not worry about internal operational stuff.

SHOCKING STAY AWAY…
This company has delivered substandard services. The calls were not answered and frequently missed. I sent several emails over a few months and then ultimately had to withdraw. I decided to Terminate when 2 clients that called have a very different account of the message emailed to us by the call handler.
Instead of apologising and rectifying the matter and allowing us yo terminate we are now being penalised for wanting to withdraw with financial penalties, never mind compensating us for loss of business. Thd calls are outsourced to various countries around thd globe, staff handling calls change all the time as does the quality of the staff.
STAY AWAY . They are detrimental to your business , overpriced and rubbish service.

Excellent Service
We have been working with SmartPA for over a year and in that time they have provided an excellent service to our organisation. The ability to have flexible support allowing us to increase the amount of time available for projects, as and when we need it most, meant that we are able to operate more efficiently than would otherwise have been the case.
