BEWARE, do not book a flight through this company. It's totally fraudulent and nothing but a scam. You will book your flight, will get a call informing you that the ticket that you booked was a standby ticket and that the seat that you purchased (no seats were chosen during booking) was no longer available. They will ask if you want to upgrade for a few hundred dollars. If you say no and ask for a refund, they will tell you that according to their terms, the "ticket" that you purchased was nonrefundable.
Best booking through Priceline, Expedia, etc. which are legit companies. It's truly a pity that these types of businesses are allowed on the internet!!

Riley James was polite in getting my ticket done but the problem came from the website. I bought the ticket for $175 I got a call 2 hours later telling me that the ticket was over $450. I'm not the kind of guy that you can do this kind of crap too so I indicated in the contract that I was signing under duress. The people did their job but the people who run the website did not. I would not recommend this service because of the dishonesty of the website. I do not like paying triple the price that I was quoted at least the people that I spoke to on the phone were nice I'll give them that

Would give negative stars if I could. Besides being a ‘bait and switch’ scam - what we finally booked was cancelled as this company took my credit card, charged a fee, and booked directly through the airline as if they were us. Which the airline (Virgin Atlantic) wound up canceling as apparently an agent is not allowed to book for customers the way they did. Wound up booking FOR A CHEAPER PRICE) directly through Virgin Atlantic and when I called for my refund on the fee they separately charged me (which they initially lied saying that was the taxes for the flight) they wouldn’t refund me until I threatened to report them to the BBB. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM.
