I called for help & I received it!
I was having a lot of trouble making a Member Portal for 2 policies that I have. Robin Jourdan was the agent who answered my call for help. She was wonderful. She was patient with me trying to explain what I was having trouble with, and she stepped right in when I was able to explain what I needed. She had to make a few calls to get to the correct person that could help with my issue. If I hadn't had her help, I would probably be sitting here in tears.
