The current Smartmatch Agent that I am using Robin Jourdin is a cut above on so many levels any Insurance Agent/ Broker that I have used.
1.) She is beyond the word full of superb Customer Service satisfaction for the customer(s) rights to first and foremost be treated honestly and fairly for their hard own dollars that they we worked for.
2.) She is “always available when she is not really”, but she will get back to you in record “time to meet your needs ASAP according to your feelings “in record timing.
3.) Robin’s knowledge of the Insurance Industry policies and procedures/regulations are probably excellent, but they are second to none when explaining them to a lay person who is beyond the word anxious and or excited to hear that they were approved for the insurance in the first place.

I have MS and can’t get matched for Insurance!!
I didn’t get matched with any company that could help me and right now, I am in the process of filing an appeal with medicaid so I have no advantage medicare plan that will even take me or that would offer solutions to help me. I have MS and have basically only medicare insurance with no one to help. Your company was no help!!
