Just had a ECO upgrade. All went well loft insulation,trickle vents,hive installed as well as extractor fans. All the guys were polite and very tidy. Good job done thankyou

Just had a ECO scheme upgrade. My loft insulation was done, window vents added, new thermostat on radiators; a new smart hive thermostat and a new extractor in my kitchen. We had 5 work men working on all the areas. They were polite and worked hard then cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend 👌

Basically said all the flooring was back down in the loft and it was all just thrown up there in a total mess. I asked twice and was told it's all back. After they left i checked and it's just a mess.

I had a new boiler fitted today and loft installation and also vents for ventilation. The guys called in on time in morning they got on with work instantly they were very polite pleasant and respectful they cleaned up the after they had finish the work i am especially grateful for the boiler engineer and his mate for his kindness helping with the boiler was nice to have heating again. I also want to think the loft guys as my loft was awkward and tricky shape but they manage it shown me picture of the loft after it was done sooo neat thank you. Smartwaysenergy
UPDATE. They have not collected the waste from my garden like they said they would should have been collected two day ago which has now inconvience me with my front garden looks really bad. this is sad part .

This company came and did a boiler installation, the people who came went through the full process and told me exactly what they where going to do. It was a clean job they left no mess behind and were really polite to me

Smartway Energy recently completed a loft insulation job at my home, and I was satisfied with the overall service. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. What stood out was that they also took the time to help me fix a couple of small issues around the house that weren’t part of the original job, which I appreciated. It was a straightforward experience, and everything was done to a good standard.

Do not use this company.
Really disappointed with the work they did.
No attention to detail. Unprofessional. Turned up in a car.
Sealant all over work, left untidy.
Holes left in bedroom wall.
Left all rubbish in my front lawn including boiler, packaging and old loft installation in bags. They said they will collect but did not.
Contacted company, was given no explanation, they really did not care.

I was nervous about going ahead with the ECO4 scheme. I had a team of men arrive and carry out the work professionally. They were all polite, clean and tidied up.

I have no complaints at all. I nearly cancelled the day before, I read some of the reviews and panicked. However, all I can say is the whole process has been excellent. The team arrived and completed the installation in a professional manner. Very friendly and explained what they were doing throughout the process.
A couple of leaks were reported and the team came straight back out to sort out the issues again in a friendly and professional manner.
