Very, very long time to get my order. But everything is delivered after 6 weeks waiting. I was scared is a scam, but is not !!!!! Was shipped in a very safety Box and not in a bag.

I mean it’s not a scam but it’s not great. Ordered in early October and didn’t hear anything about the order until like the 20th. It took 3 emails before they even responded to me and even then it was weird. The whole time someone named coco was talking in broken English while trying to communicate a refund. It took them about a week and a half to refund but I did still receive the refund. Use this website as a last resort, it won’t take your money but you won’t have the best experience.

I had a very pleasant experience ordering from Smokstore. My package arrived safely, and everything was high quality and just as described. Coco was especially helpful — they kept me updated and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process.

Placed an order weeks ago. Haven’t heard anything but they took the money. Trying to contact by email with no response. Should have read the reviews first and I usually do. I won’t by or say anything good about this site. Order 279349

Order: Oct 4, 2025, #279125 ($26.10). Confirmation showed Pending.
Name fix: Oct 5 exchange for spelling correction.
Cancel request: Oct 9 due to non-dispatch.
Final notice: Oct 10 with deadline Oct 11, 12:00 JST → no reply / no refund.
Action: Oct 12, initiated a chargeback (Merchandise Not Received / Cancelled No Refund).
Note: If a full refund is processed, I will update this review accordingly.

These people are criminals! Ordered item weeks ago and no tracking number and when I emailed to chase some mysterious woman called Coco responded with broken English saying tracking number will be there in 2 days then nothing! Ironically a few days later my bank account was hacked for $5000.00!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Chinese company stealing from Americans! These people are scammers and will steal your MONEY! I ordered an item through them. When I emailed customer service about the order, they took three to four days to respond. Then I was told the order would not go out for a couple of weeks and that it would take 20 days to arrive, once it was shipped! (NONE OF THIS IS ON THE WEBSITE). I canceled the order, and it's been over ten days, but they have not refunded me as promised. Now they are not returning my emails or requests for the money I already paid them!!!! I'm furious! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE - THEY ARE THIEVES!

i ordered recently the product from their website. Site says - item is available and i can order and item will be shipped. I ordered, after company received my money - i got email from company - item is not available and can not be shipped. I asked about send my money back, No response.

I honestly don’t know what to think of my experience, as I only ordered my device 4 days ago (4th of August 2025), and the tracking section on the website won’t give me any information on the status of my order, instead it gives me a message that says “GLS Spain (National)
The carrier hasn't updated any tracking result or the tracking number/carrier info is incorrect”, and I have absolutely no clue what that even means. I did send a couple emails, so I do hope to get a response from Coco or someone.

Worst vape company I have ever dealt with! All they did was take my money and hold it and make excuses and finally after over 2 weeks of placing an order I told them if they didn't refund my money I was finding a complaint against them with the better business bureau! I am still waiting for my refund! Deal with them at your own risk! I do not see any way to upload photos or screen shots I responded to you on March 27th you asked me what I wanted you to do and I told you I wanted the product I ordered but after 2 weeks you still never shipped my order and originally you said it would take 20 days to receive the order so you tell me how it is possible that even if you shipped my order today it would make it to my location in 6 days? No way not coming from China so you know you are wrong 20 days is not close to being realistic!

Everything...! Great product, fast Handling & shipping. And to the fact I never thought the product would be any good and found out how wrong I could be...

I received unbelievable customer service from Coco who went out of his way to resolve my issue even though he was not required to do so. You dont get such incredible support these days from businesses so I am highly impressed and would definitely recommend them as a seller. Thank you!

Ordered 2 Orbit Atomizers that would fit into a small envelope.. I have been waiting over a month with no product.. Coco sends tracking info to Chinese website and the tracking number is no good..

Tired of all the scams!!

Initially, the RTA that I wanted was out of stock. There was confusion about that so Smokstore offered me the newer version at the same price as the older one. I received a well built and nice looking Berserker B3 RTA which I'm very happy with.

They stayed in consistent communication with me throughout the process. If you are familiar with doing business in foreign countries, please be aware that they observe holidays where all business stops momentarily. Be patient and aware of the holidays and you should have no issues. Both product and service were excellent from Smokstore.

This store is an absolute joke. Customer service is pretty much non-existent as I’ve emailed them numerous times to inquire as to whether or not my order has shipped and if it has for the shipping information without reply. So, I still have no clue when I might receive items for which I’ve already paid. Find another store to give your business and let this one die!!!

Purchased a replacement tank and no issues. Delivery timescales were detailed before checkout, and the item arrived within that window.

New with seal intact. Using as I type this.

No reservations recommending Smokstore and I will be ordering from there again

I used them in the past but it seems there down. It’s hard to find selection of my goods as they had available online at other sights.

I ordered 2 RDAs from Smokstore at the end of may. They charged me but in fact the atties weren't available. They asked me if I wanted other atties but I wasn't interested. At last, four days ago, I threatened them by saying I was about to reviewed their website and they promised to refund me that very same day. As I see nothing coming from them I make this review, hoping it will be usefull to somebody : avoid this shop ! AND I STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Edit : 17th of june : today they gave me my money back.

The items I required were for an old product, and very difficult to source. Was delighted when Smokstore said they had them in stock, the order did take a while to be delivered, but it was worth the wait.
Very happy with this company, any correspondence we had was always answered promptly, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Was notified by customer service item was no longer in stock and invited to choose another similar item. CS responded to all my quires until an alternate item was selected then followed through on delivery. Very pleased with my experience with Smokestore.
