This was our first time using Precious Pets and we were paired with Csillag. She was beyond excellent. She walked our Golden Retriever for some really long walks which he loved and she kept us updated with photos daily. She also left our house absolutely spotless! We absolutely loved her and so did our dog Percy! Thanks again!

We contacted SM Precious Pets to dog sit for us on a number of days over the summer. The customer service was excellent and we had the booking confirmed within a matter of days. David our Sitter was polite, punctual and our dog really loved playing with him in the garden whilst we were out. We were also very grateful to get photo/text updates as to how he was getting on whilst we were away. Would highly recommend and use again!

The company sent Gabriela. A fantastic , competent, lovely girl who our Husky took an instant like to. She sent pics whilst we were away with little notes on WhatsApp and we felt really safe with her as our dog sitter . Would heartily , warmly, 5 star rate this service . Totally , totally positive

I’ve used SM Precious Pets twice now since end June (week’s holiday + day sit) both with sitter Rachel. I couldn’t be more impressed and happy with whole service - good communication and smooth process, reassuring that sitters are strictly vetted and provide introductory visits. Our sitter, Rachel, was amazing. A very capable, kind, caring person, totally flexible throughout and met all my dogs needs including cooking her food. Was also reassuring to get pictures/video updates whilst we were away. Felt totally comfortable with Rachel caring for my dog and house.

I have no hesitation in recommending SM Precious Pets to care for your fur babies. For me, it was important to have my dog looked after in her own environment and it looked like she had a wonderful time too! Thank you SM PP and especially to Rachel.

Simple to organise and we were very happy with how well our pets were cared for. We received daily photos and videos and it was clear they had bonded with the sitter.

Rachel was excellent! She made sure Blade (who can be a really nervous dog) was entertained and exercised. She also looked after the house well and overall we were very pleased with the service. We would certainly he happy to use SM (and Rachel) again.

Set up a weekend to introduce Maisie to being looked after by one of the Prescious Pet team. We needed a sitter who could cope with daily grooming of a long haired dog. Our sitter did an excellent job. We were very happy. The meet and greet before the actual weekend was very useful. We had regular updates while we were away and felt confident our girl was in good hands. Thankyou.

I would highly recommend SM Precious Pets. From their customer service and communication, through to the pet sitting service, we had a very good experience. Csillag, our dog sitter was exceptional. We hugely appreciated Csillag's daily updates and photos, which helped as we were missing our two boys so much. Csillag got to know our boys really well, and their quirks. We returned to a spotless house, and Csillag had even stripped the bed and washed the sheets after her stay. Thank you Csillag and SM precious Pets.

Provided experienced sitters at short notice for our new puppy. We felt so relieved and reassured with their calm, relaxing and playful manner with her. Really recommend

Crunchie was well looked after by Caroline in April. Had lovely messages and updates throughout the week.
Pre-visits are also carried out before any stay so dog and sitter can be introduced. Very happy with my experience with precious pets so far. Got another one booked in for August.

Julia from SM Precious pets has looked after our dog Maisie twice now and we’re really happy with how it’s gone. Maisie is nervous but Julia has been very patient and calm with her and the second time she came Maisie was so excited to see her so we know she must have had a great time! All the booking and communication with the service has been great too.

We had David come and stay with our precious fur babies (kitties) over a long weekend, was so lovely to see how nicely they warmed up to him!! I believe cats are a strong judge of character and they absolutely loved having him here with them!!

The stuff of fairytales, an anxious cat, a super hyperactive pup and a caring sitter with mountains of patience. We had never used a sitting service before and were blessed to have Csillag come to us. Both my babies were happy and healthy on our return, my property perfectly cared for, and the regular photo updates while we were away gave us peace of mind we had done the right thing.

We were extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish. The sitter came and met our dog the week before so she could familiarize herself with our house and the dog. On the evening she arrived promptly and was absolutely lovely and our dog was so happy all evening meaning we could relax and enjoy ourselves worry free. Would definitely use this service again. Our rescue boy, Alfie, can be quite intimidating to new people coming to our house until he knows them and we’ve struggled to find a good fit for him with past pet sitters. SM Precious Pets matched us perfectly with Aurelie. She came to meet Alfie and was so calm and understanding with him that he took to her within minutes. I was amazed how quickly he settled down and started to play. When Aurelie came to do the actual pet sit, he greeted her like an old friend and we were able to enjoy our much needed evening out without any worries. A great reliable and personal service all round from SM Precious Pets and huge relief for us to have found the perfect fit for Alfie.
