I have been waiting for 3 months to return my smart watch, but customer representative Manuel, has been putting me off all of this time!
Then, they texted me stating, that the time limit for returning this smart watch, has exceeded it's time limit!?
So, I texted them back stating, that the time limit was exceeded, because I have been waiting for customer service, to send me a return label & return confirmation number, which they never sent me!
Why it's taken me 3 months to wait on customer service to send me a return label, I have no idea!? But, if this is the way they treat their customers, then no thank you

Update: Here, it is January 2024 and I still have not heard anything from the smart watch customer service representative, Mr. Manuel, concerning returning their smart watch back to the company, for a full refund!?!
I feel that my only recourse now, is to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau and see, if they can assist me in getting a full refund for the smart watch, since I have been extremely patient with this company!

Took a couple of weeks to receive 2 of the watches and within 2 days of receiving them I advised their refunds department that they were both faulty. One did not record sleep or exercise sessions and the other one was faulty with bp and heart rate monitor. They sent me a form to fill in and requested photos, which I duly did and sent all on the same day it was received, got my refund number and was told refund is pending. Its now been 5 weeks and my refund is still pending. I have sent so many emails complaining and requesting a refund and a shipping label to send the watches back, I was told to be patient - I have been more than patient - but since 2 September they stopped responding to me. They dont care once they have your money. Im now sitting with 2 watches that dont work and I have raised a dispute with my bank because they have definitely not honored their refund policy and customer support is non-existent.
I sorted my return 2 days after receiving them (I have proof) and now on their website because they have not responded, its showing my order has exceeded the return window of 40 days since created. What a way to screw people over and keep their cash and leave them with watches that dont work!
Word of warning - Do Not buy from them!

I received my watch7 months ago and was very excited to start using it. It has many extra features that were nice to have but I only ever used the basic ones like step counter or activity tracker. During the first few months the battery was lasting between 4-5 days depending on how often I was using it before requiring to be charged. Then shortly after that I could barely get 2 full days on a single charge. Then I tried using it just as a simple watch. I turned down the brightness to a very low setting, I turned off cell data, location, notifications, vibration mode etc. in doing this I would still have to charge it every night. A few weeks ago I was sitting on the couch when all of a sudden it started vibrating and I couldn’t get it to stop. It indicated that it was changing. I hooked up the charging cord to it and it made no difference. I turned it off and it kept vibrating. Eventually it stopped when the battery died. I put it on charge again but it didn’t indicate that it was charging and now it doesn’t even power on after being on charge all night. Emailed the company twice but no response. Seems like they don't stand behind their product, just happy to get your money. I don't recommend this watch to anyone.

Smart watch has problem

Items was not as described. Ordered a ladies watch got a men's watch. Impossible to return, I initiated a return 4 weeks ago, to no avail the company refuses reply and any emails/messages remain unanswered. Would give 0 stars if I could.

My watch cannot read slow bpm.
My attempts to contact them has failed 3 times.

Less than one star. I wish I'd done a search on SMT and found this site. Took a while to deliver and was defective. (Digital readout.) Contacted them through their website - Answer wait for approval. Later emails similar reply from Manuel thanking me for my patience!
I too have contacted PayPal.

I purchased two watches and an extra strap. They took threes weeks to arrive and one of the watched was completely dead and would not charge.
I submitted a claim for a refund for the defective phone and have been fobbed off by customer services (Manuel). Still awaiting processing!!!.

I bought two of these exactly 3 months a go having had and older one that worked fine until I lost the charger. So the one I kept stopped working last week. The screen just does its own thing and asked me if I want to restart it. The button doesn't work and a reset doesn't fix it. For a watch to last two months is a complete shame. Won't buy this again will go for a Garmin or Samsung. I should have checked the reviews

The company is a scam. Kept telling me it shipped, never did. Tracking is fake. Claims are fake. People who got one say their junk. No or very slow refund. I went to PayPal and filed fraud claim. Arrest these people.

I purchased a smartwatch from this site in March 2023. Beginning of August 2023. The watch died nothing on the screen and will not charge. I emailed the site and got no response. I found an online form and advised that the watch no longer worked and would not charge. Asked for their warranty details. They sent me a link to their return policy with what I considered a rude response. There are no warranty details. I have requested them again. Pretty poor service. Don't waste your money. Go elsewhere.

Don't be fooled. SMT touts their great return policy on theirwebsite. However, they do not do returns. Do not buy an smt4 garbage smart watch.

The Customer Service is completely unacceptable 4 emails and a month later....nothing !!! Wish I had seen reviews before parting with my cash. Saw AD on my MSN webpage, so thought it was genuine.....WRONG. Advice.....stay well clear of this lot.

Unfortunately, this watch doesn't work.

On day one, the watch recorded some steps, but no steps beyond that. On day two, the screen stopped working and the battery was dead. I charged it, but after charging it, the screen still would not activate. If the button was pressed multiple times, it would flick on then immediately off.

Last Tuesday, August 15, 2023, I sent in a return request due to a non-functioning smartwatch, and I have not yet heard back from the company. I have reached out to them a second time this week with no reply. I'm speculating that this business is a scam.

These reviews on this site seem to mirror similar experiences of this product over many reviews sites. For $20-$30 dollars more per watch this could have been a lot better build quality and still been a good economical choice for those that don't want to spend many hundreds of dollars on wearable tech.
These are REAL opinions of your PRODUCT. Maybe have a read of all these negative – real reviews, and improve this product – I would have gladly paid another $20 for this to have SMT use a quality paint that would hold up more than 1 month. Guess we got what we paid for. Mine is still working fine but looks like crap as after not even 2 months the paint (very nice steel blue colour) started flaking off all around the rim leaving the rim white with the face dark and the rest of the watch the beautiful blue. Looks like crap so I contacted them and asked if at least they had the paint. No dice, think I will remove the band, paint the watch BLACK and put a black band on it. Least then maybe I can get a year out of this thing. Bit of a hassle and likely not worth the effort but want to get a year out of this. Would not have said this when I first got it as it was very nice looking on the surface for the price. That is my real only issue is the crappy paint as the price is quite enticing.

This watch is not good. Read their return policy before buying. No refunds only “store credit” so you’re screwed if you don’t like it.

i bought 2 watches for me and my wife believing they were made in uk which they are not also they do not have all the features they state and if you read thier returns policy they have you over a barrel i am in the process of trying to return them and get my money back but i am not holding my breath DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Loathed to give them one star. I ordered a watch it arrived no issues. Didn’t like it so requested a refund. Four weeks later a chased asking why it hadn’t been authorised yet. Here I am 8 weeks later still waiting. Stay well away do not trust this company at all. Rubbish product and even worse customer service. Only option now is court. See you there SMTS

I am still, three months later, awaiting a refund for a completely useless watch that never functioned from the moment I charged it up. What a waste of money. I’m beyond frustrated with their very occasional pathetic responses.
