Scam - How are they allowed to still be in business - its 2023 surely they can be stut down?

This company is not to be trusted. It advertises as a NZ based company but my watch is coming from the States. It still hasn't arrived and Manuel isn't answering my emails.

I submitted a refund request almost two months ago and I'm still waiting for it to be processed. I've sent follow up emails and each time the response is " We will notify you as soon as we update your case". Not impressed.

It seems this a fake company as I ordered an SMT4 pro watch from this company on the 25th June and still have no product. The last correspondence I had from them was on the 11th July telling me they would chase it up and keep me informed. I have since sent 2 emails asking where my order is with no reply.

Like many others I read these reviews too late the watch functioned for six days then stopped. I read the returns policy and realised I was not going to get a refund so requested a replacement. I have sent lots and lots of emails from different email addresses as the original e mail appears to get blocked. The company (loose use of the term company) is a scam they send out cheap rubbish to get your money and that’s it £64 lost lesson learned DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!

I am concerned since I did not see these reviews before ordering a watch. Delivery OK but watch faulty when set up. In particular the first digit for time on one watch face does not light up. Have written to Manuel referred to in other reviews but as yet awaiting a response although from other negative reviews I am not holding out much hope! I will however update if situation resolved to my satisfaction.

The watch just turns off intermittently, despite full battery. Tried to contact customer service about this but they seem to be wasting my time. A refund from “Manuel”, the person who deals with the emails, doesn’t seem likely, despite me purchasing within their 30 day money back guarantee. Paying for the shipping for a return isn’t something I’m happy about either.

Once this company have your money they are no longer interested in the watch even if its faulty they ignore all requests for a refund

I purchased a smt smartwatch 4 more than 5 weeks ago.
The blood pressure readings are completely inaccurate .
I have tried to return the essentially unused watch,but evidently there is no real customer service team.
I have sent numerous messages with no resolution.

I too have had major issues with this watch and their lack of customer service! The watch does not record anything accurately apart from the day, date and time. Steps, heart rate, blood pressure……. Forget it. They are completely wrong. Then, when I tried to get an exchange or refund (started the process on 30.03.23), I have sent their refund form and 6 requests for updates and received only 1 reply on 04.04.23 saying they are processing my request and nothing since then. Stay away from this company they are the worst I have EVER dealt with!,

The watch is plastic and the arm where the strap attaches broke off making the watch unwearable and because I have had it over 30 days (just under three months) they will not refund or exchange the watch, what happened to the 12 month guarantee? I paid £60 for this watch but you can buy one online for half that price. My advice is if you do not want to be ripped off shop elsewhere.

PLEASE IF YOU WANNA SAFE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AVOID THIS SCAMMER!!!!!!!! The watch SMT4 doesn’t work at all, they sent me used one and when I requested return and refund no answer….FORGET THIS WEBSITE!!!
Scammer with a name Manuel is the boss of this ugly business. 🤮 My mistake I didn’t read these reviews before my purchase. 🤷‍♂️

Ordered in February 2023. Never received the fitness watch. I should have read reviews but unfortunately I dropped the ball and didn't this time. They gave me the run around when I asked why it was supposedly sitting in a USPS facility an hour from me and never moved from that location. Report it to the BBB so no one else loses money and the news gets out that this fake company is a SCAM.

Like other buyers reviews this is a scam and avoid purchasing as definitely does not work on heart rate or blood pressure. Clearly this business has no morals promising to help vulnerable people keep an eye on their blood pressure readings easily. Be it on their conscience if someone relies it it to avoid serious illness. Telling the time and maybe a stopwatch to take swimming is the best this offers and don't download on to iPhone as it replaces all your previous data.

Purchased the smart4 watch it worked for 1 week was happy with it. The watch refused to pair with any iPhone we tried. I have repeatedly asked to return it that now say I am out of their terms of service. Terrible customer service paid 62.00£ for a watch that worked for a week. So not a happy customer

Just purchased their "smart" watch, not very impressed. Blood Pressure, no matter what you are doing, gives reading of 140/84. Will not connect to my Gmail account. Should have checked their return policy cause if I returned,I will have to pay return and then only get store credit. Didn't like the watch, what makes you sure I want something else from your company

i ordered yesterday and today got an email about transportation problems in the UK which would delay the delivery. i objected immediately and cancelled but no reply.

Bought one of their watches. When I received it wasn't happy with the quality and started a return/refund straight away. 12 days later and several emails still my request was not acknowledged, I hope to get my money back. Product is from the lowest quality for what they ask.
In resume DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
