Ian arrived with a smile, he was courteous, respectful and polite. Ian completed our snag report along with drone footage which took 7 hours, he was extremely thorough, asked me questions, gave advice and pointed things out to me with explanations. The report was completed and sent the same day, very thorough with photographs and explanation along with recommendations to the builders of our new home. Brilliant service, extremely thorough and knowledgable. Yes it costs money, but I wouldn’t have found some of the snags that he found, and I think in return I will end up getting this money back through things I won’t have to pay out for myself in the future.

Really quick and easy to organise. Ian arrived in good time, did a very thorough review (a good 4 hours) and was very professional.

Report is well laid out with pictures of every issue and a link to the relevant building code if relevant.

Ian has recently completed a ful snag survey on a new build property we have just brought. From the initial conversation to pencil him on the 'completion date' Ian was really helpful. Closer to the time we confirmed the booking and Ian arrived on the day we moved in.

Although this was hectic with not having a fixed time for when we could move in, to getting the keys and Ian working around our timeline updates plus the removal team - nothing was too much trouble and Ian was more than happy to help.

We have received a full and comprehensive survey and have also been in touch since moving in for Ians help.

Ian was super helpful, he answered any questions I had via email and on the day of the snag. Would definitely recommend booking Ian in if you’re after a top quality snag check. He was extremely thorough and has given us peace of mind for our new build property. Ian checked the roof and surrounding areas of the property with his drone, he also did thermal imaging and everything else which is required, I don’t think he left any stone unturned! Wasn’t going to pay for a professional Snagger but I bit the bullet and boy was I glad I did.
Ian came highly recommend to me and following my survey quite rightly so.
Not only was Ian polite and professional but very respectful of my Home. Ian spent a good few hours around my property and took the time to explain some of the more high risk issues that he found so I fully understood the follow up report.

We’ve recently completed the purchase of our new build home and needed a snagging report before moving in. I got in touch with Ian, and we quickly agreed on a convenient date and time for the inspection.

He arrived right on time and carried out the snagging check thoroughly. Ian was really friendly and took the time to explain each snag to me, including why it was important to note. It made the whole process much easier to understand.

Ian snagged our new build property couple days after we moved in. He provides a very thorough and professional service, using drones and scans, his report is extensive with photos included as evidence. On the day he picked up some major issues which we probably wouldn’t have realised until much later, such as leak under kitchen sink and issues with boiler. We received snagging report on same evening and where able to send this to developers and raise urgent areas of concern with site manager straight away. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service and reports. Cannot recommend enough. Ian is in a different league to other snagging companies- very thorough, knowledgeable and professional.
