Snagged.co.uk were brilliant
Rob was really friendly and clearly very experienced. He spent hours on the house and found 234 snags, including issues with non-compliant air bricks, poor structure of the garage, damage to the upstairs window and loads of issues with the guttering. I can't stress enough about getting a snagger and I would suggest Snagged.co.uk. They were really worth the money.

Unbeatable price and great service
Snagged spent 5 hours checking every part of my new 4 bed home. I booked them after being recommend by a friend and they didn't disappoint. The thermal survey showed some issues with my wall insulation which has now been fixed. They also found my en-suite and bathroom sinks where position incorrectly, something my developer is fixing next. They were also unbeatable in price. I would recommend.

Can't thank Snagged enough! Had a nightmare with my developer in Milton Keynes, loads of issues I noticed and snagged found about 150 more including bathroom and ensuite ventilating into the loft space. Snagged were really fairly price and the report was excellent.

Highly recommend
Really worth the money. They were really good on price compared to others I got quotes from. Rob was at the house for a number of hours and found 197 issues including a few major ones including the roof joists and fire protection issue. Really can't stress how helpful this has been and worth the cost.

Snagged quantified how awful my builders were.
I had tried to approach my builder at Aukley about snags and they ignored me. I thought I was being fussy. Snagged picked up over 80 snags with two being dangerous and some as bad as large holes in the roof.
Thank you very much for quantifying how bad my builder was as I can now take legal action if mediation fails.

Rob did a great job and spotted a load of things that we wouldn't have even thought about looking at. On top of that, his drone means he can check places we wouldn't. Very pleased we hired him rather than trying to do the snags ourselves

Recommend a snagging report from snagged.co.uk
Rob carried out a snagging report on my new build property early July. Rob was professional and did a very thorough job, spotting over 150 defects on my property, including major issues with the air bricks which i would not have known about and would have caused me some costly damage in the future! The report was clear and prepared quickly after the review so that I could get the issues resolved asap.
