Cannot leave zero stars.

Having had Snowdonia Cheeses as our wedding cheese/cake after enjoying them for years I thought it would be a nice idea to order several assorted cheeses for my dad’s 70th birthday celebration, and selected named day delivery for the extra fee.

I returned home on my lunchbreak on the names day expecting to see, as promised in two of the FAQ’s on the website, a box of tasty cheeses, safely packaged away from the heat in cold packs. Instead, Royal Mail had thoughtfully left a card saying they’d try again tomorrow and had returned the package to their (not refrigerated) warehouse. On contacting Snowdonia they said they would redeliver new cheese to compensate for the loss. As we were going away for the weekend they also confirmed they would send the replacement package to the address of the celebrations. However, the cheese went on a big five day round trip to my house with the original address, sat in the warehouse over the weekend, was redirected when Royal Mail cottoned on to the fact that although the street address had been changed, the postcode had not. This was finally allegedly delivered, not to me, but by the Royal Mail photo, to some randoms in a van (not even in the property!) at the temporary address we had left two days prior. After which the customer service department have apparently processed a refund that has not showed up despite it now being well over the ten working days quoted. I hope that cheese didn’t get eaten after being in June heat integrated! Awful customer service and it’s put me off buying from them again.

I ordered a gift box for fathers day. Unfortunately DHL sent the package to the wrong address. As soon as I reported this to Snowdonia Cheese Company they arranged for a replacement to be sent out.

The original item was delivered badly damaged which they're now investigating. However I can not praise their customer service enough Dan went above and beyond and I really appreciate. I've now got the replacement in perfect condition. And they're communication throughout was fantastic.

Excellent service , ordered one day next day delivered . Lovely packaged , was for a couple special birthday . Was pleased with the cheeses and chutneys and the little extra s . Great idea for people that have everything .

The order came before due and was well packed. Delivery service is good.

The fact that the package I ordered as a birthday gift, over a week before the birthday, was not delivered (by DHL) and had to be delivered again, a week after the birthday, was very annoying. Also I found it impossible to speak to DHL about the issue. I have full confidence in the quality of the product, but not in the delivery service.

Beautiful basket of goodies, recipient was delighted. Unfortunately due to poor logistics, the gift was delivered a day late so missed birthday! Hence, one star taken off.

I always enjoy Snowdonia cheese and repeatedly re-order. Delicious cheese.

I ordered this cheese package for our anniversary as we love cheeses and chutneys, omg these flavours are amazing the chutneys are tasty and go well with the crackers too . Well pleased and will definitely buy more Thankyou x👍

I purchased cheeses, I told friends about them. One of my friends said he would like to order. So I sent an email to snowdonia etc. There was a recommendation gift, I cannot remember what it was but I never got it. Snowdonia asked what the gift was, I reminded them I cannot remember. Then it ended no further e-mails, so never again.

Great product bought as a gift. Arrived at the recipients address in good time and in perfect condition.

I love cheese and have found that the variety given by Snowdonia cheese company is excellent. They also have a range of biscuits and chutneys to complement the cheeses. The delivery was very fast and ordering online was simple too.
