Superb cheese, nothing better than black bomber. Delivery was exactly as stated, good on time with excellent packaging.

The telephone service was great - Dan was very pleasant and helpful.
I was disappointed that the cheese tower didn’t look like the photograph when we put it together. The top three cheeses were all the same size and didn’t get smaller with each layer as it showed in the photograph, and which is what I thought I was buying

Items were well packaged and delivered promptly. Beautiful quality truckle knife and cheese board. Both look stunning and the knife is very well designed. We bought 2 cheese knives from different suppliers for the same price at the same time. This one is by far the best.

The cheese wedding cake arrived on time as planned. The flavours were lovely with guests saying that it was the best they have tasted.
I would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately my experience this Christmas was pretty disastrous. Delayed deliveries that got lost then resent resulting in lots of time and stress for me. Polite and courteous responses but very slow and generally ineffectual culminating finally with an email stating that I would be refunded due to all the messing around, which was then never received. The product itself is great but if you can’t supply issues sorted and more responsive customer service it lets the company down badly. I know from the reviews that mine wasn’t the only issue with Christmas delivery but unfortunately after ordering every year from them for the last few years, I wouldn’t again as I just cannot be bothered with the hassle.

just tried the black bomber cheese from Snowdonia Cheese company and it has to be the best cheese i have ever tasted , wish i could give it more than 5 stars. will be buying more.

I have bought produce from this wonderful company for the last 12 months. The quality of products and packaging were outstanding. I was surprised to be given delivery dates, which were delivered exactly as ordered. I read with dismay at disgruntled customers, but on quite a few deliveries now I have nothing but praise. 10/10 from myself and family. We intend to continue our regular orders.

Ordered a hamper at the end of November to be delivered for Christmas.
Hamper didn’t arrive, which was really disappointing, as it was a present. Tried phoning but was put on hold twice before being told there wasn’t anyone available. Email was answered eventually after Christmas, The apology seemed insincere and no compensation was offered. Received the hamper eventually, but it was too late for original purpose. I will never use this company again.

I ordered a Christmas hamper. When it arrived we found the contents were not as advertised. I telephoned. There was nobody answering so I left a message. No response having been received to my message I sent an email. No response has been received to either call or email after two weeks. Research online suggests this is par for the course.

What an amazing company ! I got my husband the quintessential cheese hamper from the Snodonia cheese company and it was exquisite! The little jars of pickle and sauces with the crackers are phenomenal! They come in the most beautiful little hamper! 10/10 5* would highly recommend

UNRELIABLE. WONT BUY AGAIN AND PLEASE AVOID ESPECIALLY IF THE ORDER IS FOR CELEBRATION/OCCASION.
Paid for nominated delivery as the cheese ordered was for a birthday celebration. Orders arrived 3 days late. When I tracked the order I noticed they dispatched it on the day it supposed to arrive at my address, so theres definitely a mix up. They issued a refund for the nominated delivery fee but thats about it. No apology or explanation or anything. They just doesnt care basically.

Very happy with service and the cheese and other bits I ordered. I contacted them to change the delivery date and they amended it without any issue. The cheese, chutney and olives ordered were all well packaged. Would definitely order again.
