From contacting them, they kept me informed every step of the way. What time they were coming, if they were going to be late etc. The engineer was polite, helpful and very efficient, he informed me if there was a problem, and carried out the boiler service quickly and professionally. From initial contact to boiler servicing, S O'Brien provides an exellent, professional service. Timely, cost effective; would recommend this team to undertake any gas and boiler requirements.

I have used this company many times from annual boiler check, installation of a new radiator, cleaning all my radiators and recently an unvented water tank. I have found all the staff from initial phone call to on site very polite, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions and explain what they are doing. I cannot remember all the staff by name , but Jack, Zac and Adam very efficient, neat and tidy.
Will certainly use them again and recommend them.

Adam was highly professional and nothing was too much trouble. Did the boiler replacement over 2 days in extreme heat but didn't moan just got on with the job. Great service, neat and tidy work nothing negative to say.

I would highly recommend Adam for boiler installation. From beginning to end, communication was excellent—he explained everything clearly and made sure we understood the process.

Adam is very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time, carefully prepared the workspace, and covered all the relevant carpets to keep everything clean. After the work was completed, he made sure everything was left tidy.

He carried out the entire job himself and was polite, friendly, and easy to deal with throughout. We are delighted with both the quality of the work and his overall attitude and approach.

Excellent, Adrian came out same day to discuss and advise replacement boiler options.
Adam was polite and patient, taking the time to explain what he was doing and why, the boiler was up and running day 1, with day 2 finishing off the installation and tidying everything up.
Have used S O Brien on a couple of occasions and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Easy to book, receptionist was very helpful, Andy our service engineer rang to give an approximate time of arrival.
Bang in time, and was happy space was made for him to carry out the boiler service.
Very tidy and professional throughout, and sorted a pressure valve problem out in no time ( draind and refill bladder)
Andy was very polite and knowledgeable, in my opinion S O'brien has a wonderful asset in Andy , and extended team.

Could not recommend them more!
I called as a last resort for a boiler emergency after trying everyone and they made sure to fit me in that day. From first phone call to leaving after job done they were very polite and willing to help. Liam came out same day on a Friday to diagnose the leak in the boiler but it couldn’t be fixed that day, in his extreme kindness going above and beyond he offered to come back the next day even though it was his day off to make the repair as no one else was available. Liam really is a credit to the company he was excellent through out and I don’t think I could have had a better experience.

Adam arrived on time and was so organised and professional and prepared the whole house to protect from any leakage. All our radiators needed valves which was a massive job that Adam completed professionally and was polite and was easy going and made me feel at ease. Adam stayed until he was sure that all radiators valves were working properly and also gave me the instructions and advice to optimise my boiler and rads. Thank you so much, a very happy customer because of your 5* service

We were well pleased with this company's service. We had booked a replacement boiler with British Gas and S.O'Brien were contracted to do the work which says how trustworthy British Gas are to use them. They were very professional and introduced themselves, Adam, Jack & Steve. They kept everything tidy and clean and explained the process of what they were doing by showing you each stage. We had opted to have Hive and I was shown how to use it and helped with set up on my phone as well as on the separate device. They filled any holes left by previous boiler which they didn't have to. Made the external pipe tidy so didn't spoil the look outside. They came on time and worked hard throughout the day and finished just after 4pm. They showed us how to do the temperature of water and how to top up the water if pressure drops. They left us with the boiler book so we could refer to it and cleared away all their mess. Great bunch of lads and can well recommended.

Adam turned up on time..rang me in advance and fitted 3 new radiators. He did not take any breaks, was clean & tidy in his work..friendly & helpful. A job well done..will recommend to our friends & family. Thank you also to O’Brien’s office staff for getting us booked in. We’ve had a care plan with them for a while now and are much happier with their service as opposed to the last company we were using! Great job
